*date*:- 18/12/2020 *time*:-8:25 *location indecent* :- pudina apartment block a lot number 36 *initial internal investigation* 1. incident took place at pudina apartment block a parking lot number 36 at 18/12/2020 @08:25hrs. 2. on 18/12/2020 @08:25 one of the resident fro black a name is mr,salahuddin bin hanafia ( ajk member at pudina) send the pictures one for suspect try to broken the clamping at block a lot number 36 and post the pictures at pudina whatsapp group 3. after the notification from the whatsapp group morning shift supervisor dil kumar informed to sg.sham immediately rushed to the scere the moment sg. sham sundren on the way to location was see one of the car owner broken the clamping and informed to the owen to wait for discussions ,but the car owner no response and went out around 8:40 from pudina car regastion number v2962 model: honda stream colour: blue 4. around 10:40 the same car owner came to pudina and knowing the security person they try to escape but are security so dill kumar manage stop the car and collect some details the car number and take some picture 5. with the car owner and security team with the management pudina try to discuss to settle this problem by penalty 6. the car owner agreed to pay a penalty follow by the management amount. *action taken* 1. s/o dil kumar update in group chat on this matter. 2. s/o dil kumar personally call and inform to his shift patrolling officer sopan regarding this issue. 3. upon received complaint from shift supervisor dil kumar, immediately infrom to block a sg .sham to check the location 4. po sopan arrived at pudina apartment for further investigation. 5.cheking the incident place and check cctv take some picture from cctv footage and the incident place 6. po sopan wrote an incident report. 7. will submit incident report at pudina apartment management office. tq
