یہ لوگ جنہوں نے ہدایت کے بدلے گمراہی خریدی تو ان کا سودا کچھ نفع نہ لایا اور وہ سودے کی راہ جانتے ہی نہ تھے -

these are they who purchased error for guidance, but their traffic profited not, nor have they ever become guided.
یہ لوگ جنہوں نے ہدایت کے بدلے گمراہی خریدی تو ان کا سودا کچھ نفع نہ لایا اور وہ سودے کی راہ جانتے ہی نہ تھے -

indeed those who have purchased unbelief in exchange for faith shall not hurt allah in the least. theirs shall be a painful chastisement.
بیشک جنہوں نے ایمان کے بدلے کفر خرید لیا ہے وہ اللہ کا کچھ نقصان نہیں کر سکتے اور ان کے لئے دردناک عذاب ہے،

have you not seen the people who were given a share of the book, but who purchased only error, and wish that you also go astray?
بھلا تم نے ان لوگوں کو نہیں دیکھا جن کو کتاب سے حصہ دیا گیا تھا کہ وہ گمراہی کو خریدتے ہیں اور چاہتے ہیں کہ تم بھی رستے سے بھٹک جاؤ

these are the people who purchased error in exchange of guidance – so their bargain did not profit them, and they did not know how to trade.
یہ لوگ جنہوں نے ہدایت کے بدلے گمراہی خریدی تو ان کا سودا کچھ نفع نہ لایا اور وہ سودے کی راہ جانتے ہی نہ تھے -

have you not seen those to whom a portion of the book was given? they purchased error for themselves, and wish that you too lose the right way?
کیا تم نے ان لوگوں کو نہیں دیکھا جنہیں کچھ حصہ کتاب سے ملا ہے وہ گمراہی خریدتے ہیں اور چاہتے ہیں کہ تم بھی راستہ گم کر دو

those are the ones who have purchased error [in exchange] for guidance, so their transaction has brought no profit, nor were they guided.
یہ لوگ جنہوں نے ہدایت کے بدلے گمراہی خریدی تو ان کا سودا کچھ نفع نہ لایا اور وہ سودے کی راہ جانتے ہی نہ تھے -
