zgodnie § 2 ust. 1 rozporządzenia z dnia 1 października 1996 r. w sprawie opłat telekomunikacyjnych (telekommunikationsentgeltregulierungsverordnung) 4wystę-pujące o zezwolenie przedsiębiorstwo jest zobowiązane każdorazowo załączyć do wniosku określonego w § 27 ust. 1 tkg następujące dokumenty dotyczące świadczonych usług: 1) szczegółowy opis usługi wraz z danymi dotyczącymi jej jakości oraz projekt warunków ogólnych; 2) dane dotyczące obrotów osiągniętych w okresie ostatnich pięciu lat, jak również obrotów szacowanych na rok, w którym składany jest wniosek, oraz na następujące po nim kolejne cztery lata; 3) dane dotyczące posiadanych udziałów w rynku oraz, w miarę możliwości, elastyczności cenowej popytu w okresie, którego dotyczy ust. 2; 4) dane dotyczące zmian różnych kosztów, określonych w ust. 2 (zestawienia kosztów) i zmian marży dla kosztów zmiennych w okresie określonym w pkt 2; 5) dane dotyczące skutków finansowych dla klientów, a w szczególności dotyczące struktury popytu ze strony klientów prywatnych i komercyjnych, jak również dla konkurentów, którzy otrzymują tę usługę jako usługę wstępną, oraz 6) w przypadku zróżnicowania cenników, dane dotyczące skutków dla poszczególnych grup użytkowników, których zróżnicowanie dotyczy, jak również obiektywne uzasadnienie zamierzonego wprowadzenia zróżnicowania.
