but if you cannot, as indeed you cannot, then guard yourselves against the fire whose fuel is men and rocks, which has been prepared for the infidels.

but if you cannot do it, and you can never do it, then guard yourselves against the fire whose fuel is men and stones, prepared for those who deny the truth.

if you march not forth, he will punish you with a painful torment and will replace you by another people, and you cannot harm him at all, and allah is able to do all things.
“ถ้าหากพวกเจ้าไม่ออกไป พระองค์ก็จะทรงลงโทษพวกเจ้าอย่างเจ็บปวด และจะทรงให้พวกหนึ่งอื่นจากพวกเจ้ามาแทน และพวกเจ้าไม่สามารถจะยังความเดือดร้อนให้แก่พระองค์ได้แต่อย่างใด และอัลลอฮ์นั้นทรงเดชานุภาพเหนือทุกสิ่งทุกอย่าง”

o assembly of the jinn and the men! if you are able to pass through the regions of the heavens and the earth, then pass through; you cannot pass through but with authority.
โอ้ชุมนุมแห่งญินและมนุษย์ทั้งหลาย เอ๋ย! หากพวกเจ้ามีความสามารถที่จะผ่านไปให้พ้นขอบฟ้าทั้งหลายและแผ่นดินนี้ได้ ก็จงผ่านไปให้พ้นเถิด แต่ว่าพวกเจ้าไม่สามารถที่จะผ่านไปให้พ้นได้เว้นแต่ด้วยพลัง (พระบัญชาและพระประสงค์ของอัลลอฮ.)

believers, when you come to consult the messenger privately, give something in charity beforehand. that is best for you and most conducive to purity. but if you cannot find anything to give, know that god is forgiving and merciful.
โอ้บรรดาผู้ศรัทธาเอ๋ย เมื่อพวกเจ้าจะปรึกษาหารือท่านร่อซูลเป็นการส่วนตัว (เป็นการลับ) พวกเจ้าจงบริจาคทานก่อนการปรึกษาหารือของพวกเจ้า นั่นเป็นการกระทำที่ดีสำหรับพวกเจ้าและเป็นการทำจิตใจให้ผ่องแผ้ว หากพวกเจ้าไม่สามารถหามาได้ แท้จริงอัลลอฮเป็นผู้ทรงอภัย ผู้ทรงเมตตาเสมอ

if you turn away, i have delivered to you that with which i was sent, and my lord will cause people other than you to be your successors. you cannot harm him a thing. my lord is the guardian over every thing'

and a proclamation from god and his messenger to the people on the day of the greater pilgrimage, that god has disowned the polytheists, and so did his messenger. if you repent, it will be better for you. but if you turn away, know that you cannot escape god. and announce to those who disbelieve a painful punishment.
“และเป็นประกาศจากอัลลอฮ์ และร่อซูลของพระองค์ แด่ประชาชนทั้งหลายในวันฮัจญอันใหญ่ยิ่ง ว่าแท้จริงอัลลอฮ์นั้นทรงพ้นข้อผูกพันธ์ จากมุชริกทั้งหลาย และร่อซูลของพระองค์ก็พ้นข้อผูกพันธ์นั้นด้วย และหากพวกเจ้า สำนึกผิด และกลับตัว มันก็เป็นสิ่งดีแก่พวกเจ้า และหากพวกเจ้าผินหลังให้ก็พึงรู้เถิดว่า แท้จริงพวกเจ้านั้นมิใช่ผู้ที่จะทำให้อัลลอฮ์หมดความสามารถ ได้ และจงแจ้งข่าวดีแก่บรรดาผู้ปฏิเสธศรัทธาเหล่านั้นเถิดด้วยการลงโทษอันเจ็บแสบ”

are you afraid of giving alms before confering? then, if you cannot do this, and god forgives you, be constant in your devotional obligations and pay the due share of your wealth for the welfare of others, and obey god and his prophet. god is aware of all you do.
พวกเจ้ากลัวต่อการบริจาคทานก่อนหน้าการปรึกษาหารือเป็นการส่วนตัวของพวกเจ้ากระนั้นหรือ? หากพวกเจ้ามิได้กระทำเช่นนั้น อัลลอฮฺก็ได้ทรงอภัยโทษให้แก่พวกเจ้าแล้ว ดังนั้นพวกเจ้าจงดำรงไว้ซึ่งการละหมาดและบริจาคซะกาต และจงเชื่อฟังภักดีต่ออัลลอฮฺและร่อซูลของพระองค์ และอัลลอฮฺทรงรอบรู้ยิ่งในสิ่งที่พวกเจ้ากระทำ

if you fear you cannot act fairly towards the orphans—then marry the women you like—two, or three, or four. but if you fear you will not be fair, then one, or what you already have. that makes it more likely that you avoid bias.
และหากพวกเจ้าเกรงว่าจะไม่สามารถให้ความยุติธรรมในบรรดาเด็กกำพร้าได้ ก็จงแต่งงานกับผู้ที่ดีแก่พวกเจ้า ในหมู่สตรี สองคน หรือสามคน หรือสี่คน แต่ถ้าพวกเจ้าเกรงว่าพวกเจ้าจะให้ความยุติธรรมไม่ได้ ก็จงมีแต่หญิงเดียว หรือไม่ก็หญิงที่มือขวาของพวกเจ้าครอบครองอยู่ นั้นเป็นสิ่งที่ใกล้ยิ่งกว่าในการที่พวกเจ้าจะไม่ลำเอียง

[this is] an announcement from allah and his apostle to all the people on the day of the greater hajj: that allah and his apostle repudiate the polytheists: if you repent that is better for you; but if you turn your backs [on allah], know that you cannot frustrate allah, and inform the faithless of a painful punishment
“และเป็นประกาศจากอัลลอฮ์ และร่อซูลของพระองค์ แด่ประชาชนทั้งหลายในวันฮัจญอันใหญ่ยิ่ง ว่าแท้จริงอัลลอฮ์นั้นทรงพ้นข้อผูกพันธ์ จากมุชริกทั้งหลาย และร่อซูลของพระองค์ก็พ้นข้อผูกพันธ์นั้นด้วย และหากพวกเจ้า สำนึกผิด และกลับตัว มันก็เป็นสิ่งดีแก่พวกเจ้า และหากพวกเจ้าผินหลังให้ก็พึงรู้เถิดว่า แท้จริงพวกเจ้านั้นมิใช่ผู้ที่จะทำให้อัลลอฮ์หมดความสามารถ ได้ และจงแจ้งข่าวดีแก่บรรดาผู้ปฏิเสธศรัทธาเหล่านั้นเถิดด้วยการลงโทษอันเจ็บแสบ”
