and they were overtaken by curse in this world and on the resurrection day; now surely ad disbelieved in their lord; now surely, away with ad, the people of hud.
எனவே, அவர்கள் இவ்வுலகிலும், நியாயத் தீர்ப்பு நாளிலும் (அல்லாஹ்வின்) சாபத்தினால் தொடரப்பெற்றனர்; அறிந்து கொள்வீர்களாக! நிச்சயமாக 'ஆது' கூட்டத்தார் தங்கள் இறைவனுக்கு மாறு செய்தார்கள்; இன்னும் அறிந்து கொள்வீர்களாக! ஹூதுடைய சமுதாயமான 'ஆது' கூட்டத்தாருக்கு கேடுதான்.

and certainly we revealed to musa, saying: travel by night with my servants, then make for them a dry path in the sea, not fearing to be overtaken, nor being afraid.
இன்னும்; "நீர் என் அடியார்களுடன் இரவோடிரவாகப் பயணம் செய்து, அவர்களுக்காக கடலில் உலர்ந்த பாதையை உண்டாக்கிக் கொள்வீராக! (ஃபிர்அவ்ன் உம்மைப்) பிடித்துவிடுவான் என்று பயப்படாமலும், (கடலில் மூழ்கி விடுவோம் என்று) அஞ்சாமலும் இருப்பீராக!" என்று மூஸாவுக்கு நாம் திட்டமாக வஹீ அறிவித்தோம்.

and the evil consequences of their deeds overtook them. the wrongdoers among these will also be overtaken by the evil consequences of their deeds. they will be utterly unable to frustrate (us).

"lord," said zachariah, "how shall i have a son when i am now overtaken by old age and my wife is barren?" "such is the will of god," replied [the angel], "he does what he pleases."
அவர் கூறினார்; "என் இறைவனே! எனக்கு எப்படி மகன் ஒருவன் உண்டாக முடியும்? எனக்கு வயது அதிகமாகி (முதுமை வந்து) விட்டது. என் மனைவியும் மலடாக இருக்கின்றாள்;" அதற்கு (இறைவன்), "அவ்வாறே நடக்கும்;, அல்லாஹ் தான் நாடியதைச் செய்து முடிக்கின்றான்" என்று கூறினான்.
