and it was said to the people, “are you all gathered?
இன்னும் மக்களிடம் "(குறித்த நேரத்தில்) நீங்கள் எல்லோரும் வந்து கூடுபவர்களா?" என்று கேட்கப்பட்டது.

and it was said unto the people: are ye going to assemble.
இன்னும் மக்களிடம் "(குறித்த நேரத்தில்) நீங்கள் எல்லோரும் வந்து கூடுபவர்களா?" என்று கேட்கப்பட்டது.

and it was said unto the people: are ye (also) gathering?
இன்னும் மக்களிடம் "(குறித்த நேரத்தில்) நீங்கள் எல்லோரும் வந்து கூடுபவர்களா?" என்று கேட்கப்பட்டது.

today i am taking work from home suffering from fever that's why the reason
நான் இந்த வாரம் வீட்டிலிருந்து வேலை செய்கிறேன்

your lord would not surely destroy unjustly human habitations so long as the people are righteous.
(நபியே!) ஓர் ஊராரை, அவ்வூரார் சீர்திருந்திக் கொண்டிருக்கும் நிலையில் - அநியாயமாக உம் இறைவன் அழிக்கப்படமாட்டான்.

and it was said to the people: "are you (too) going to assemble?
இன்னும் மக்களிடம் "(குறித்த நேரத்தில்) நீங்கள் எல்லோரும் வந்து கூடுபவர்களா?" என்று கேட்கப்பட்டது.

so today we shall deliver your body so that you may be a sign for those who come after you.’ indeed many of the people are oblivious to our signs.
எனினும் உனக்குப் பின்னுள்ளவர்களுக்கு ஓர் அத்தாட்சியாக இன்றைய தினம் நாம் உம் உடலைப் பாதுகாப்போம்; நிச்சயமாக மக்களில் பெரும்பாலோர் நம் அத்தாட்சிகளைப்பற்றி அலட்சியமாக இருக்கின்றார்கள்" (என்று அவனிடம் கூறப்பட்டது).

among the people are those who dispute concerning allah without any knowledge or guidance, or an enlightening book,
இன்னும்; கல்வி ஞானமோ, நேர் வழி காட்டியோ, பிரகாசமான வேத (ஆதார)மோ இல்லாமல், அல்லாஹ்வைக் குறித்துத் தர்க்கம் செய்பவனும் மனிதர்களில் இருக்கின்றான்.

among the people are those who dispute about allah without any knowledge, and follow every froward devil,
இன்னும், எத்தகைய கல்வி ஞானமும் இல்லாமல் அல்லாஹ்வைப் பற்றித் தர்க்கம் செய்கிறவர்களும், மனமுரண்டாய் எதிர்க்கும் ஒவ்வொரு ஷைத்தானையும் பின்பற்றுகிறவர்களும் மனிதர்களில் இருக்கிறார்கள்.

and when the word has fallen on them, we will bring out for them from the earth a creature which will say to them that the people are uncertain of our revelations.
அவர்கள் மீது (வேதனையுடைய) வாக்கு நெருங்கும் போது, அவர்களுக்காக ஒரு பிராணியை பூமியிலிருந்து நாம் வெளியாக்குவோம்; அது, நிச்சயமாக மனிதர்கள் (யார், யார்) நம் வசனங்களின் மீது உறுதி கொள்ளவில்லையென்று அவர்களுக்குச் சொல்லிக் காண்பிக்கும்.

and of the people are some who say, "we believe in allah and the last day," but they are not believers.
இன்னும் மனிதர்களில் "நாங்கள் அல்லாஹ்வின் மீதும், இறுதி(த் தீர்ப்பு) நாள் மீதும் ஈமான் (நம்பிக்கை) கொள்கிறோம்" என்று கூறுவோறும் இருக்கின்றனர்; ஆனால் (உண்மையில்) அவர்கள் நம்பிக்கை கொண்டோர் அல்லர்.

among the people are those who say, “we believe in god and in the last day,” but they are not believers.
இன்னும் மனிதர்களில் "நாங்கள் அல்லாஹ்வின் மீதும், இறுதி(த் தீர்ப்பு) நாள் மீதும் ஈமான் (நம்பிக்கை) கொள்கிறோம்" என்று கூறுவோறும் இருக்கின்றனர்; ஆனால் (உண்மையில்) அவர்கள் நம்பிக்கை கொண்டோர் அல்லர்.

it is allah who made for you the night that you may rest therein and the day giving sight. indeed, allah is full of bounty to the people, but most of the people are not grateful.
நீங்கள் இளைப்பாறுவதற்காக இரவையும், நீங்கள் பார்ப்பதற்காக பகலையும் அல்லாஹ்தான் படைத்தான்; நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ் மனிதர்கள் மீது அருள் பொழிகின்றான்; ஆயினும் மனிதர்களில் பெரும்பாலோர் நன்றி செலுத்துவதில்லை.

and when our messengers came to abraham with the good news, they said, ‘we are indeed going to destroy the people of this town. its people are indeed wrongdoers.’
நம் தூதர்(களாகிய மலக்கு)கள் இப்ராஹீமிடம் நன்மாராயத்துடன் வந்தபோது, "நிச்சயமாக நாங்கள் இவ்வூராரை அழிக்கிறவர்கள்; ஏனெனில் நிச்சயமாக இவ்வூரார் அநியாயக்காரர்களாக இருக்கின்றனர்" எனக் கூறினார்கள்.

and when our apostles came to ibrahim with the good news, they said: surely we are going to destroy the people of this town, for its people are unjust.
நம் தூதர்(களாகிய மலக்கு)கள் இப்ராஹீமிடம் நன்மாராயத்துடன் வந்தபோது, "நிச்சயமாக நாங்கள் இவ்வூராரை அழிக்கிறவர்கள்; ஏனெனில் நிச்சயமாக இவ்வூரார் அநியாயக்காரர்களாக இருக்கின்றனர்" எனக் கூறினார்கள்.

and when our messengers came to abraham with the good tidings, they said, 'we shall destroy the people of this city, for its people are evildoers.'
நம் தூதர்(களாகிய மலக்கு)கள் இப்ராஹீமிடம் நன்மாராயத்துடன் வந்தபோது, "நிச்சயமாக நாங்கள் இவ்வூராரை அழிக்கிறவர்கள்; ஏனெனில் நிச்சயமாக இவ்வூரார் அநியாயக்காரர்களாக இருக்கின்றனர்" எனக் கூறினார்கள்.

and when our envoys brought abraham the good news, they said, “we are going to destroy the people of this town; its people are wrongdoers.”
நம் தூதர்(களாகிய மலக்கு)கள் இப்ராஹீமிடம் நன்மாராயத்துடன் வந்தபோது, "நிச்சயமாக நாங்கள் இவ்வூராரை அழிக்கிறவர்கள்; ஏனெனில் நிச்சயமாக இவ்வூரார் அநியாயக்காரர்களாக இருக்கின்றனர்" எனக் கூறினார்கள்.

and i have followed the religion of my fathers, abraham, isaac and jacob. and it was not for us to associate anything with allah. that is from the favor of allah upon us and upon the people, but most of the people are not grateful.
"நான் என் மூதாதையர்களான இப்றாஹீம், இஸ்ஹாக், யஃகூப் ஆகியோரின் மார்க்கத்தைப் பின்பற்றுகிறேன்; அல்லாஹ்வுக்கு எதையும் நாங்கள் இணைவைப்பது எங்களுக்கு தகுமானதல்ல, இது எங்கள் மீதும் (இதர) மக்கள் மீதும் அல்லாஹ் புரிந்த அருளாகும் - எனினும் மனிதர்களில் பெரும்பாலோர் (அல்லாஹ்வுக்கு) நன்றி செலுத்துவதில்லை.

and when our messengers brought abraham the good news, they said: lo! we are about to destroy the people of that township, for its people are wrong-doers.
நம் தூதர்(களாகிய மலக்கு)கள் இப்ராஹீமிடம் நன்மாராயத்துடன் வந்தபோது, "நிச்சயமாக நாங்கள் இவ்வூராரை அழிக்கிறவர்கள்; ஏனெனில் நிச்சயமாக இவ்வூரார் அநியாயக்காரர்களாக இருக்கின்றனர்" எனக் கூறினார்கள்.

and judge among them in accordance to that which allah has sent down and do not be led by their desires. take heed lest they should turn you away from a part of that which allah has sent to you. if they reject your judgment, know that allah wants to scourge them for some of their sins. many of the people are wrongdoers.
இன்னும் அல்லாஹ் அருள் செய்த (சட்ட திட்டத்)தைக் கொண்டே அவர்களிடையில் தீர்ப்புச் செய்வீராக. அவர்களுடைய மன இச்சைகளைப் பின்பற்றாதீர்கள்;. அல்லாஹ் உம்மீது இறக்கிவைத்ததில் சிலவற்றை விட்டும் அவர்கள் உம்மைத் திருப்பிவிடாதபடி, அவர்களிடம் எச்சரிக்கையாக இருப்பீராக. (உம் தீர்ப்பை) அவர்கள் புறக்கணித்து விடுவார்களானால், சில பாவங்களின் காரணமாக அவர்களைப் பிடிக்க நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ் நாடுகிறான் என்பதை அறிந்து கொள்வீராக. மேலும் நிச்சயமாக மனிதர்களில் பெரும்பாலோர் பாவிகளாகவே இருக்கின்றனர்.
