"but stop them, verily they are to be questioned.
"இன்னும், அவர்களை (அங்கே) நிறுத்தி வையுங்கள்; அவர்கள் நிச்சயமாகக் (கேள்வி கணக்குக்) கேட்கப்பட வேண்டியவர்கள்" (என்று மலக்குகளுக்குக் கூறப்படும்)

and stop them; indeed, they are to be questioned."
"இன்னும், அவர்களை (அங்கே) நிறுத்தி வையுங்கள்; அவர்கள் நிச்சயமாகக் (கேள்வி கணக்குக்) கேட்கப்பட வேண்டியவர்கள்" (என்று மலக்குகளுக்குக் கூறப்படும்)

then they belied him, so verily they are to be brought up.
ஆனால் அவர்கள் அவரைப் பொய்ப்பித்தார்கள்; ஆகையால், அவர்கள் (மறுமையில் இறைவன் முன்னே தண்டனைக்காக) நிச்சயமாக கொண்டு வரப்படுவார்கள்.

are to be gathered together for the appointment of a known day."
"குறிப்பிட்ட நாளின் ஒரு நேரத்தில் (நீங்கள் யாவரும்) ஒன்று கூட்டப்படுவீர்கள்.

and it is he who has spread you in the earth, and towards him you are to be raised.
மேலும், அவன்தான் உங்களை இப்பூமியில் பல்கிப் பெருகச் செய்தான்; இன்னும், அவனிடத்திலேயே நீங்கள் ஒன்று திரட்டப்படுவீர்கள்.

and they have made a kinship between him and the jinn a kinship whereas the jinn assuredly know that they are to be brought up
அன்றியும் இவர்கள் அல்லாஹ்வுக்கும் ஜின்களுக்குமிடையில் (வம்சாவளி) உறவை (கற்பனையாக) ஏற்படுத்துகின்றனர் ஆனால் ஜின்களும் (மறுமையில் இறைவன் முன்) நிச்சயமாகக் கொண்டுவரப்படுவார்கள் என்பதை அறிந்தேயிருக்கிறார்கள்.

and those who give whatsoever they give, while their hearts are anxious that unto their lord they are to be retutners
இன்னும் எவர்கள் தம் இறைவனிடம் தாங்கள் திரும்பிச் செல்லவேண்டியவர்கள் என்று அஞ்சும் நெஞ்சத்தினராய் (நாம் கொடுத்ததிலிருந்து) தங்களால் இயன்ற மட்டும் (அல்லாஹ்வின் பாதையில்) கொடுக்கிறார்களோ அவர்களும்-

surely in that is a sign for him who fears the chastisement in the world to come; that is a day mankind are to be gathered to, a day to witness,
நிச்சயமாக மறுமை நாளின் வேதனையைப் பயப்படுகிறவர்களுக்கு இதில் (தக்க) அத்தாட்சி இருக்கிறது; அது மனிதர்கள் யாவரும் ஒன்று சேர்க்கப்படும் நாளாகும் - அன்றியும் அவர்கள் யாவரும் (இறைவன் முன்னிலையில்) கொண்டுவரப்படும் நாளாகும்.

promiseth he unto you that ye, when ye have died and have become dust and bones, ye are to be brought forth?
"நிச்சயமாக நீங்கள் மரித்து மண்ணாகவும் எலும்புகளாகவும் ஆன பின்னர் நிச்சயமாக நீங்கள் (மீண்டும்) வெளிப்படுத்தப்படுவீர்கள் என்று அவர் உங்களுக்கு வாக்குறுதி அளிக்கிறாரா?

“and to keep the (obligatory) prayer established and to fear him; and it is to him that you are to be raised.”
தொழுகையை நீங்கள் நிலைநாட்டுங்கள்; அவனுக்கே அஞ்சி நடங்கள்; அவனிடம் தான் நீங்கள் ஒன்று சேர்க்கப்படுவீர்கள்.

and when the two companies saw one another, the companions of moses said, "indeed, we are to be overtaken!"
இவ்விரு கூட்டத்தினரும் ஒருவரையொருவர் கண்டபோது "நிச்சயமாக நாம் பிடிபட்டோம்" என்று மூஸாவின் தோழர்கள் கூறினர்.

[allah said], "then set out with my servants by night. indeed, you are to be pursued.
"என் அடியார்களை (அழைத்து)க் கொண்டு, இரவில் நீர் (வேறிடம்) செல்க நிச்சயமாக நீங்கள பின் தொடரப்படுவீர்கள்" (என்று இறைவன் கூறினான்.)

and make thou the ark under our eyes and our revelation; and address me not regarding those that have done wrong; verily they are to be drowned.
"நம் பார்வையில் நம்(வஹீ) அறிவிப்புக்கு ஒப்ப கப்பலைக் கட்டும்; அநியாயம் செய்தவர்களைப் பற்றி(ப் பரிந்து இனி) நீர் என்னிடம் பேசாதீர்; நிச்சயமாக அவர்கள் (பிரளயத்தில்) மூழ்கடிக்கப்படுவார்கள்."

nor shall those who came to you to be provided with mounts. and when you said: 'i can find no mounts for you' they turned back, their eyes streaming with tears grieving that they could not find the means to spend.
போருக்குச் செல்லத் தங்களுக்கு வாகனம் தேவைப்பட்டு உம்மிடம் வந்தவர்களிடம் "உங்களை நான் ஏற்றி விடக்கூடிய வாகனங்கள் என்னிடம் இல்லையே" என்று நீர் கூறிய போது, (போருக்காகத்) தாங்களே செலவு செய்து கொள்ள வசதியில்லையே என்று எண்ணித் துக்கத்தால் தங்களின் கண்களில் கண்ணீர் வடித்தவர்களாகத் திரும்பிச் சென்று விட்டார்களே அவர்கள் மீதும் (போருக்குச் செல்லாதது பற்றி) எவ்வித குற்றமும் இல்லை.

and the disbelievers said, “shall we show you a man who will tell you that ‘when you have disintegrated into the smallest pieces, you are to be created again’?”
ஆனால், நிராகரிக்கிறார்களே அவர்கள்; "நீங்கள் (இறந்து, மக்கித் தூளாகச்) சிதறடிக்கப்பட்ட பின், நீங்கள் ஒரு புதிய படைப்பாக இருப்பீர்கள் என்று உங்களுக்கு அறிவிக்கும் மனிதரை நாங்கள் உங்களுக்குக் காண்பிக்கவா?" என்று (பரிகாசமாகக்) கூறுகின்றனர்.

“and build the ark, under our eyes, and with our inspiration, and do not address me regarding those who did wrong; they are to be drowned.”
"நம் பார்வையில் நம்(வஹீ) அறிவிப்புக்கு ஒப்ப கப்பலைக் கட்டும்; அநியாயம் செய்தவர்களைப் பற்றி(ப் பரிந்து இனி) நீர் என்னிடம் பேசாதீர்; நிச்சயமாக அவர்கள் (பிரளயத்தில்) மூழ்கடிக்கப்படுவார்கள்."

and construct the ship under our observation and our inspiration and do not address me concerning those who have wronged; indeed, they are [to be] drowned."
"நம் பார்வையில் நம்(வஹீ) அறிவிப்புக்கு ஒப்ப கப்பலைக் கட்டும்; அநியாயம் செய்தவர்களைப் பற்றி(ப் பரிந்து இனி) நீர் என்னிடம் பேசாதீர்; நிச்சயமாக அவர்கள் (பிரளயத்தில்) மூழ்கடிக்கப்படுவார்கள்."

the only proper recompense for those who fight against god and his messenger and try to spread evil in the land is to be killed, crucified, or either to have one of their hands and feet cut from the opposite side or to be sent into exile. these are to disgrace them in this life and they will suffer a great torment in the life hereafter.
அல்லாஹ்வுடனும் அவன் துதருடனும் போர் புரிந்து, பூமியில் குழப்பம் செய்து கொண்டு திரிபவர்களுக்குத் தண்டணை இதுதான்; (அவர்கள்) கொல்லப்படுதல், அல்லது தூக்கிலிடப்படுதல், அல்லது மாறுகால் மாறு கை வாங்கப்படுதல், அல்லது நாடு கடத்தப்படுதல்; இது அவர்களுக்கு இவ்வுலகில் ஏற்படும் இழிவாகும்;. மறுமையில் அவர்களுக்கு மிகக்கடுமையான வேதனையுமுண்டு.
