said moosa, “and what is your explanation, o samri?”
Гуфт: «Ва ту, эй Сомирӣ, ин чӣ коре буд, ки кардӣ?»

he said, “and what is your next task, o the sent angels?”
Гуфт: «Эй расулон, кори шумо чист?»

[moses] said, "and what is your case, o samiri?"
Гуфт: «Ва ту, эй Сомирӣ, ин чӣ коре буд, ки кардӣ?»

there are some among the people of the book who believe in god and what is revealed to you and to them.
Баъзе аз аҳли китоб ба Худо ва китобе, ки бар шумо нозил шуда ва китобе, ки бар худашон нозил шудааст, имон доранд.

and when it is said to them: guard against what is before you and what is behind you, that mercy may be had on you.
Ва он гоҳ ки ба онҳо гуфта шавад, ки аз он чӣ дар пеши рӯй доред ё пушти сар мегузоред, битарсед, шояд бар шумо раҳмат оранд, рӯй бигардонанд.

that allah may forgive you what is past of your sin and what is to come, and that he may perfect his blessing upon you and guide you on a straight path,
То Худо гуноҳи туро, он чӣ пеш аз ин буда ва он чӣ пас аз ин бошад, барои ту бибахшояд ва неъмати худро бар ту комил кунад ва туро ба роҳи рост роҳ намояд.

and when it is said to them, “beware of what is before you and what is behind you, in the hope of your gaining mercy”, they turn away!
Ва он гоҳ ки ба онҳо гуфта шавад, ки аз он чӣ дар пеши рӯй доред ё пушти сар мегузоред, битарсед, шояд бар шумо раҳмат оранд, рӯй бигардонанд.

and when it is said to them, 'fear what is before you and what is behind you; haply you will find mercy' --
Ва он гоҳ ки ба онҳо гуфта шавад, ки аз он чӣ дар пеши рӯй доред ё пушти сар мегузоред, битарсед, шояд бар шумо раҳмат оранд, рӯй бигардонанд.

when they are told, "guard yourselves against what is before you and what is behind you, in order that you may be shown mercy," [they turn away].
Ва он гоҳ ки ба онҳо гуфта шавад, ки аз он чӣ дар пеши рӯй доред ё пушти сар мегузоред, битарсед, шояд бар шумо раҳмат оранд, рӯй бигардонанд.

this then is allah, your true lord; and what is there after the truth but error; how are you then turned back?
Он Оллоҳ — Парвардигори хақиқии шумост, баъд аз ҳақиқат ҷуз гумроҳӣ чист? Пас ба куҷо рӯй меоваред?

allah wishes to make clear (what is lawful and what is unlawful) to you, and to show you the ways of those before you, and accept your repentance, and allah is all-knower, all-wise.
Худо мехоҳад барои шумо ҳама чизро ошкор кунад ва ба суннатҳои пешиниёнатон роҳ бинамояд ва тавбаи шуморо бипазирад, ки Худо донову ҳаким аст.

and fight in allah's cause as is the true manner of fighting; he has preferred you and has not kept any hardship upon you in religion; the religion of your father ibrahim; allah has named you muslims – in the previous books and in this qur’an, so that the noble messenger be your guardian and witness, and you be witness against other people; therefore keep the prayer established and give charity, and hold fast to the rope of allah; he is your master; so what an excellent master and what an excellent supporter!
Ӯ пеш аз ин ва дар ин шуморо мусалмон номид. То паёмбар бар шумо гувоҳ бошад ва шумо бар дигар мардум гувоҳ бошед.
