Мо пеш аз ту ҳар паёмбаре ки фиристодем, фақат ба ӯ ваҳй кардем, ки ғайри Ман худое нест.

and if you could see when they are terrified but there is no escape, and they will be seized from a place nearby.
Агар бубинӣ, он гоҳ ки сахт битарсанд ва халосиашон набошад ва аз маконе наздик гирифторашон созанд,

he will gather you to the day of resurrection, in which there is no doubt. and who speaks more truly than god?
Ба таҳқиқ ҳамаи шуморо дар рӯзи қиёмат, ки ҳеҷ шакке дар он нест, гирд месварад ва чӣ касе аз Худо ба гуфтор ростгӯтар аст?

but there is no blame on you if you mutually agree to alter the settlement after it has been made.
Ва пас аз маҳри муъайян дар қабули ҳар чӣ ҳар ду ба он ризо бидиҳед, гуноҳе нест.

there is no harm for you to enter uninhabited houses where you have some goods.
Бар шумо гуноҳе нест, агар ба хонаҳои ғайримаскун, ки матоъе дар он доред, дохил шавед.

there is no offense for you to marry them if you agree to give them their dowry.
Ва агар онҳоро никоҳ кунед ва маҳрашонро бидиҳед, гуноҳе накардаед.

but there is no blame upon you, if you are troubled by rain or are ill, for putting down your arms, but take precaution.
Ва гуноҳе, содир накардаед, ҳар гоҳ аз борон дар ранҷ будед ё бемор будед, силоҳҳои худ бигзорэд, вале ҳушёрона дар фикри душман бошед.

but there is no fault in you if you are harmed by rain, or you are sick to lay aside your weapons, but take your precautions.
Ва гуноҳе, содир накардаед, ҳар гоҳ аз борон дар ранҷ будед ё бемор будед, силоҳҳои худ бигзорэд, вале ҳушёрона дар фикри душман бошед.

but there is no sin upon you, if you are troubled by rain or are sick, to set aside your weapons; but take your precautions.
Ва гуноҳе, содир накардаед, ҳар гоҳ аз борон дар ранҷ будед ё бемор будед, силоҳҳои худ бигзорэд, вале ҳушёрона дар фикри душман бошед.

but give back to the unbelievers what they have spent, and there is no fault in you to marry such women, provided you give them their dowries.
Ва ҳар чӣ он кофирон барои ин гуна занон нафақа кардаанд, бипардозед. Ва агар онҳоро никоҳ кунед ва маҳрашонро бидиҳед, гуноҳе накардаед.

say (o muhammad): if the beneficent one hath a son, then, i shall be first among the worshippers. (but there is no son).
Бигӯ: «Агар Худои раҳмонро фарзанде мебуд, ман аз нахустин парастандагон мебудам.

give the unbelievers what they have expended; and there is no fault in you to marry them when you have given them their wages.
Ва ҳар чӣ он кофирон барои ин гуна занон нафақа кардаанд, бипардозед. Ва агар онҳоро никоҳ кунед ва маҳрашонро бидиҳед, гуноҳе накардаед.

and when a section of them said: “(o people of yathrib), now there is no place for you to stay, so turn back.”
Ва гурӯҳе аз онҳо гуфтанд: «Эй мардуми Ясриб, ин ҷо ҷои монданатон нест. Бозгардед».

it was better for you to say, when you entered your garden: 'that which allah wills (will come to pass)! there is no power but with allah '.
Чаро он гоҳ, ки ба боғи худ даромадӣ, нагуфтӣ: «Ҳар чӣ Худованд хоҳад ва ҳеҷ қуввае ғайри қувваи Худо нест?»

o you who believe! when you marry believing women, but then divorce them before you have touched them, there is no waiting period for you to observe in respect to them; but compensate them, and release them in a graceful manner.
Эй касоне, ки имон овардаед, чун занони мӯъминро никоҳ кардед, ва пеш аз он ки бо онҳо наздикӣ кунед, талоқашон гуфтед, шуморо бар онҳо иддае нест, ки бипоянд. Пас ононро ҳадя диҳед ва ба некӯтарин тарз раҳояшон кунед.

but there is no blame on you if ye make a mistake therein: (what counts is) the intention of your hearts: and allah is oft-returning, most merciful.
Агар пеш аз ин хатое кардаед, боке нест, магар он, ки ба қасди дил кунед. Ва Худо бахщояндаву меҳрубон аст!

in case you fixed a dower for them and then divorced them before you touched them, you should pay half of the fixed dower. but there is no harm if the woman agrees to forego it or the man, in whose hands is the marriage tie, is generous enough (to pay the dower in full).
Агар барояшон маҳре муайян кардаед ва пеш аз наздикӣ талоқашон мегӯед, нисфи он чӣ муқаррар кардаед, бипардозед; магар он ки эшон худ ё касе, ки ақди никоҳ ба дасти ӯст, онро бубахшад.

give their unbelieving husbands whatever they have spent (as bridal-dues); and there is no offence for you to marry those women if you give them their bridal-dues.
Ва ҳар чӣ он кофирон барои ин гуна занон нафақа кардаанд, бипардозед. Ва агар онҳоро никоҳ кунед ва маҳрашонро бидиҳед, гуноҳе накардаед.

and it is not lawful for you to take back anything out of what you have given them. there is, however, an exception to this; if you fear that they might not be able to keep within the limits imposed by allah, there is no harm if both agree mutually that the wife should obtain divorce by giving something as compensation to the husband.
Ва ҳалол нест, ки аз он чӣ ба занон додаед, чизе бозситонед, магар он ки бидонанд, ки ҳудуди Худоро риоят намекунанд. Аммо ҳар гоҳ донистед, ки он ду ҳудуди Худоро риоят намекунанд, агар зан худро аз шӯй бозхарад, гуноҳе бар он ду нест.
