77- وتتعلق الإجراءات المحددة المعنية بحماية المرأة، فيما يخص الأمومة أساساً، ودورها في الخلية العائلية، بما يلي على وجه الخصوص: منع العمل الليلي، ومنع التشغيل في يوم الراحة القانوني، ومنع القيام بأعمال خطرة أو ضارة بالصحة أو مؤذية، وإيقاف علاقة العمل في فترة إجازة ما قبل الولادة أو ما بعدها، والاستفادة من ساعات الرضاعة (ساعتين في اليوم لمدة الستة أشهر الأولى، وساعة في اليوم لمدة الستة أشهر التالية)، والاستفادة من الراتب بكامله أثناء إجازة الولادة.
