both of these catastrophes stem from the act of seeking maximum profit without thinking of the adverse effects on society. if there was a place for humanity and consideration for fellow human beings, those two incidents might not have happened. indeed, the principle of capitalism makes a profit. the bigger the profit the better. this is not wrong because capitalism accompanied by humanity can bring good to all parties
