mijn eigenlijke vraag is of u toch mogelijkheden ziet om ook iets hardere maatregelen te nemen. is het bijvoorbeeld mogelijk in de stabiliteits- en groeipacten, in de richtsnoeren voor het werkgelegenheidsbeleid, kortom in zulke iets meer bindende documenten, in het vervolg ook pensioenkwesties aan de orde te stellen en bijvoorbeeld waarschuwingen te geven aan de lidstaten die geen goed pensioenbeleid voeren, zulks om te garanderen dat wij op duurzame wijze en met een redelijke financiering in de toekomst goede pensioenen aan de europese gepensioneerden kunnen betalen.
my real question concerns whether, however, you see any opportunities for slightly stronger measures, in other words in the future could we also highlight questions of pension policy, for example, in slightly more binding documents such as stability and growth agreements and employment policy guidelines, and, for example, issue warnings to those member states who are not managing their pension policy properly and ensure that, in the future, through reasonable funding, we will be able to pay sustainable, good pensions to the pensioners of europe.
