اے پیغمبر آپ لوگوں کو جہاد پر آمادہ کریں اگر ان میں بیس بھی صبر کرنے والے ہوں گے تو دو سو پر غالب آجائیں گے اور اگر سو ہوں گے تو ہزاروں کافروں پر غالب آجائیں گے اس لئے کہ کفاّر سمجھدار قوم نہیں ہیں
0 prophet! urge the believers unto fighting. if there be twenty of you persevering, they will overcome two hundred, and if there be of you a hundred, they will overcome a thousand of those who disbelieve, for they are a people who understand not.

اے نبی! مسلمانوں کو جہاد کی ترغیب دو اگر تم میں بیس آدمی ثابت قدم رہنے والے ہوں گے تو وہ سو پر غالب آئیں گے اور اگر تم میں سو ہوں گے تو ہزار کافروں پر غالب آئیں گے اس لیے کہ وہ لوگ کچھ نہیں سمجھتے
0 prophet! urge the believers unto fighting. if there be twenty of you persevering, they will overcome two hundred, and if there be of you a hundred, they will overcome a thousand of those who disbelieve, for they are a people who understand not.

اب اللہ نے تم پر سے تخفیف فرمائی اور اسے علم کہ تم کمزو ر ہو تو اگر تم میں سو صبر والے ہوں د و سو پر غالب آئیں گے اور اگر تم میں کے ہزار ہوں تو دو ہزار پر غالب ہوں گے اللہ کے حکم سے اور اللہ صبر والوں کے ساتھ ہے،
allah has now lightened it for you, for he knows that there is weakness amongst you. if there are a hundred patient men among you, they shall overcome two hundred; and if there are a thousand, they shall, by the permission of allah, defeat two thousand. allah is with the patient.

اے غیب کی خبریں بتانے والے! مسلمانوں کو جہاد کی ترغیب دو اگر تم میں کے بیس صبر والے ہوں گے دو سو پر غالب ہوں گے اور اگر تم میں کے سو ہوں تو کافروں کے ہزا ر پر غالب آئیں گے اس لیے کہ وہ سمجھ نہیں رکھتے،

اے نبی! ایمان والوں کو جہاد کا شوق دلاؤ اگر تم میں بیس بھی صبر کرنے والے ہوں گے، تو دو سو پر غالب رہیں گے۔ اور اگر تم میں ایک سو ہوں گے تو ایک ہزار کافروں پر غالب رہیں گے اس واسطے کہ وه بے سمجھ لوگ ہیں

اچھا اب اللہ تمہارا بوجھ ہلکا کرتاہے، وه خوب جانتا ہے کہ تم میں ناتوانی ہے، پس اگر تم میں سے ایک سو صبر کرنے والے ہوں گے تو وه دو سو پر غالب رہیں گے اور اگر تم میں سے ایک ہزار ہوں گے تو وه اللہ کے حکم سے دو ہزار پرغالب رہیں گے، اللہ صبر کرنے والوں کے ساتھ ہے
