enithe, ningambonanga nje, namthanda; enithi ke nikholwa kuye, noko ngoku ningamboniyo, nigcobe ngovuyo olungathethekiyo, oluzukisiweyo;
whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory:

ize nizithabathele ngomhla wokuqala amahlamvu emithi okuhombisa, amagqabi amasundu, namasebe emithi ethe shinyi, nemingculuba yasemlanjeni; nigcobe phambi koyehova uthixo wenu iintsuku ezisixhenxe.
and ye shall take you on the first day the boughs of goodly trees, branches of palm trees, and the boughs of thick trees, and willows of the brook; and ye shall rejoice before the lord your god seven days.
