128- وتنص المادة 70 على أنه إذا استمر حبس المتهم مدة ستة أشهر من تاريخ القبض عليه لم يجز تجديد حبسه إلا بأمر من المحكمة المختصة بنظر الدعوى بناء على طلب المحقق وبعد سماع أقوال المتهم.
128. article 70 provides that an accused person who has been detained for a period of six months from the date of his arrest shall not be detained any further without an order to this effect by the competent court to which the case has been referred.
