god counsels you not to do a thing like this , if you are believers .
ምእመናን እንደኾናችሁ ወደ ብጤው በፍፁም እንዳትመለሱ አላህ ይገስጻችኋል ፡ ፡

he said , ' do not take me to task that i forgot , neither constrain me to do a thing too difficult . '
« በረሳሁት ነገር አትያዘኝ ፡ ፡ ከነገሬም ችግርን አታሸክመኝ » አለው ፡ ፡

if you do a thing openly or do it in secret , then surely allah is cognizant of all things .
ማንኛውንም ነገር ብትገልጹ ወይም ብትደብቁት ( በርሱ ይመነዳችኋል ) ፡ ፡ አላህ ነገሩን ሁሉ ዐዋቂ ነውና ፡ ፡

it is the day when no soul can do a thing for another soul . that day , the command belongs to allah .
( እርሱ ) ማንኛይቱም ነፍስ ለሌላይቱ ነፍስ ምንም ማድረግን የማትችልበት ቀን ነው ፡ ፡ ነገሩም ሁሉ በዚያ ቀን ለአላህ ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡

my people , i do not ask any reward for what i have preached to you . no one can give me my reward except my creator .
« ሕዝቦቼ ሆይ ! በእርሱ ( በማድረሴ ) ላይ ምንዳን አልጠይቃችሁም ፡ ፡ ምንዳዬ በዚህ በፈጠረኝ ላይ እንጂ በሌላ ላይ አይደለም ፡ ፡ አታውቁምን

for that which i do i allow not: for what i would, that do i not; but what i hate, that do i.
የማደርገውን አላውቅምና፤ የምጠላውን ያን አደርጋለሁና ዳሩ ግን የምወደውን እርሱን አላደርገውም።

and allah presents an example of two men , one of them dumb and unable to do a thing , while he is a burden to his guardian . wherever he directs him , he brings no good .
አላህም ሁለትን ወንዶች ( ለከሓዲና ለምእመን ) ምሳሌ አደረገ ፡ ፡ አንደኛቸው በምንም ነገር ላይ የማይችል ዲዳ ነው ፡ ፡ እርሱም በጌታው ላይ ሸክም ነው ፡ ፡ ወደ የትም ቢያዞረው በደግ ነገር አይመጣም ፡ ፡ እርሱና ያ እርሱ በቀጥተናው መንገድ ላይ ኾኖ በማስተካከል የሚያዘው ሰው ይስተካከላሉን

god presents another example of two men , one dumb and unable to do a thing and is a burden on his master . wherever he is sent he returns without any good ( result ) .
አላህም ሁለትን ወንዶች ( ለከሓዲና ለምእመን ) ምሳሌ አደረገ ፡ ፡ አንደኛቸው በምንም ነገር ላይ የማይችል ዲዳ ነው ፡ ፡ እርሱም በጌታው ላይ ሸክም ነው ፡ ፡ ወደ የትም ቢያዞረው በደግ ነገር አይመጣም ፡ ፡ እርሱና ያ እርሱ በቀጥተናው መንገድ ላይ ኾኖ በማስተካከል የሚያዘው ሰው ይስተካከላሉን

and if they call you a liar , say : my work is for me and your work for you ; you are clear of what i do and i am clear of what you do .
« ቢያስተባብሉህም ለእኔ ሥራዬ አለኝ ፡ ፡ ለእናንተም ሠራችሁ አላችሁ ፡ ፡ እናንተ ከምሠራው ነገር ንጹሕ ናችሁ ፡ ፡ እኔም ከምትሠሩት ነገር ንጹሕ ነኝ » በላቸው ፡ ፡

he said , " my people , do you not realize that i have received authoritative evidence from my lord and have been granted a noble gift from him ? i do not want to oppose or ignore what i have prohibited you not to do .
« ሕዝቦቼ ሆይ ! ንገሩኝ ፤ ከጌታዬ በሆነ አስረጅ ላይ ብሆንና ከእርሱም የሆነን መልካም ሲሳይ ቢሰጠኝ ( በቅጥፈት ልቀላቅለው ይገባልን ) ከእርሱ ወደ ከለከልኳችሁም ነገር ልለያችሁ አልሻም ፡ ፡ በተቻለኝ ያክል ማበጀትን እንጂ አልሻም ( ለደግ ሥራ ) መገጠሜም በአላህ እንጂ በሌላ አይደለም ፡ ፡ በእርሱ ላይ ተመካሁ ፡ ፡ ወደእርሱም እመለሳለሁ ፤ » አላቸው ፡ ፡

god makes another comparison between two men , one of whom is dumb and cannot do a thing , and is a burden on his master . wherever he sends him on an errand , he brings [ him ] no good .
አላህም ሁለትን ወንዶች ( ለከሓዲና ለምእመን ) ምሳሌ አደረገ ፡ ፡ አንደኛቸው በምንም ነገር ላይ የማይችል ዲዳ ነው ፡ ፡ እርሱም በጌታው ላይ ሸክም ነው ፡ ፡ ወደ የትም ቢያዞረው በደግ ነገር አይመጣም ፡ ፡ እርሱና ያ እርሱ በቀጥተናው መንገድ ላይ ኾኖ በማስተካከል የሚያዘው ሰው ይስተካከላሉን

if they call you a liar , tell them , " let each one of us follow his own way . you will not be responsible for what i do and i will not be responsible for what you do " .
« ቢያስተባብሉህም ለእኔ ሥራዬ አለኝ ፡ ፡ ለእናንተም ሠራችሁ አላችሁ ፡ ፡ እናንተ ከምሠራው ነገር ንጹሕ ናችሁ ፡ ፡ እኔም ከምትሠሩት ነገር ንጹሕ ነኝ » በላቸው ፡ ፡

allah presents an example : a slave [ who is ] owned and unable to do a thing and he to whom we have provided from us good provision , so he spends from it secretly and publicly . can they be equal ?
በምንም ላይ የማይችለውን በይዞታ ያለውን ባሪያና ከእኛ መልካም ሲሳይን የሰጠነውን እርሱም ከእርሱ ( ከሰጠነው ) በምስጢርና በግልጽ የሚለግሰውን ( ነጻ ) ሰው አላህ ( ለጣዖትና ለርሱ ) ምሳሌ አደረገ ፡ ፡ ( ሁለቱ ) ይተካከላሉን ምስጋና ለአላህ ይኹን ፡ ፡ በእውነቱ አብዛኞቻቸው አያውቁም ፡ ፡

but who would protect us from the punishment of allah if it came to us ? " pharaoh said , " i do not show you except what i see , and i do not guide you except to the way of right conduct . "
« ወገኖቼ ሆይ ! በምድር ላይ አሸናፊዎች ስትኾኑ ዛሬ መንግስቱ የእናንተ ነው ፡ ፡ ታዲያ ከአላህ ቅጣት ቢመጣብን የሚያድነን ማን ነው ? » ( አለ ) ፡ ፡ ፈርዖን « የማየውን ነገር እንጅ ፤ አላመለክታችሁም ፡ ፡ ቅኑንም መንገድ እንጅ አልመራችሁም » አላቸው ፡ ፡

and if they deny you , say , “ for me are my deeds , and for you are your deeds ; you have no concern with what i do , and i have no relation with what you do . ”
« ቢያስተባብሉህም ለእኔ ሥራዬ አለኝ ፡ ፡ ለእናንተም ሠራችሁ አላችሁ ፡ ፡ እናንተ ከምሠራው ነገር ንጹሕ ናችሁ ፡ ፡ እኔም ከምትሠሩት ነገር ንጹሕ ነኝ » በላቸው ፡ ፡

( muhammad ) , follow their guidance and say ( to the people ) , " i do not ask any reward for what i have preached to you . it is my duty to awaken the world . "
እነዚህ ( ነቢያት ) ፤ እነዚያ አላህ የመራቸው ናቸው ፡ ፡ በመንገዳቸውም ተከተል ፡ ፡ « በእርሱ ( በቁርአን ) ላይ ምንም ዋጋ አልጠይቃችሁም ፡ ፡ እርሱ ለዓለማት ግሣጼ እንጅ ሌላ አይደለም » በላቸው ፡ ፡
