তারা তোমাকে পবিত ্ র মাস সম ্ পর ্ কে প ্ রশ ্ ন করছে -- তাতে যুদ ্ ধ করার ব ্ যাপারে । বলো -- ''এতে যুদ্ধ করা গুরুতর, কিন্তু আল্লাহ্‌র রাস্তা থেকে ফিরিয়ে রাখা, আর তাঁর প্রতি ও পবিত্র মসজিদের প্রতি অবিশ্বাস পোষণ করা, এবং তার বাসিন্দাদের সেখান থেকে বের করে দেয়া আল্লাহ্‌র কাছে আরও গুরুতর! আর উৎপীড়ন হত্যার চেয়ে গুরুতর। আর তারা তোমাদের সাথে যুদ্ধ করা থামাবে না যতক্ষণ না তারা তোমাদের ধর্ম থেকে তোমাদের ফিরিয়ে নিতে পারে, -- যদি তারা পারে। আর তোমাদের মধ্যে থেকে যে তার ধর্ম থেকে ফিরে যায় ও মারা যায় অবিশ্বাসী থাকা অবস্থায়, তা হলে এরাই -- এদের সব কাজ এই দুনিয়াতে ও আখেরাতে বৃথা যাবে। আর তারাই হচ্ছে আগুনের অধিবাসী, তারা এতে থাকবে দীর্ঘকাল।

the disbelievers will indeed be called out to – “ indeed allah s disgust ’ with you is greater than your own abhorrence of yourselves , whereas you used to deny when you were called towards the faith ! ”
