so shall the king greatly desire thy beauty: for he is thy lord; and worship thou him.

then he said unto me, lo, i have given thee cow's dung for man's dung, and thou shalt prepare thy bread therewith.
လူ၏မစင်အရာ၌ နွားချေးကို ငါပေး၏။ နွားချေးနှင့်သင့်မုန့်ကို ဖုတ်ရမည်ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။

and he said unto them, the sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath:
ထိုမှတပါး ဥပုသ်နေ့သည် လူအဘို့ဖြစ်၏။ လူသည် ဥပုသ်နေ့အဘို့ ဖြစ်သည်မဟုတ်။

as for man, his days are as grass: as a flower of the field, so he flourisheth.
လူတို့၏ နေ့ရက်ကာလသည် မြက်ပင်ကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်၏။ လူသည် လယ်ပြင်၌ရှိသော ပန်းပွင့်ကဲ့သို့ ပွင့် တတ်၏။

and thy renown went forth among the heathen for thy beauty: for it was perfect through my comeliness, which i had put upon thee, saith the lord god.
ငါသည် ကိုယ်အသရေကို သင်၌ အပ်ပေးသော ကြောင့်၊ သင်သည် လှသောအဆင်းနှင့်စုံလင်၍၊ အတိုင်းတိုင်းအပြည်ပြည်၌ ကျော်စောလေ၏။

be merciful unto me, o god: for man would swallow me up; he fighting daily oppresseth me.
အိုဘုရားသခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို သနားတော်မူပါ။ လူတို့သည် ကိုက်စားအံ့သော ဒေါသနှင့်နေ့တိုင်းတိုက်၍ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို နှိပ်စက်ကြပါ ၏။

but he shall say, i am no prophet, i am an husbandman; for man taught me to keep cattle from my youth.
အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ပရောဖက်မဟုတ်၊ လယ်လုပ် သော သူဖြစ်ပါ၏။ ငယ်သောအရွယ်မှစ၍ သူတပါး၌ ကျွန်ခံရပါပြီဟု ဝန်ခံလိမ့်မည်။

and said to the judges, take heed what ye do: for ye judge not for man, but for the lord, who is with you in the judgment.
သင်တို့ပြုသောအမှုကို သတိပြုကြလော့။ လူ၏ အမှုကိုစောင့်၍ တရားစီရင်သည်မဟုတ်။ သင်တို့စီရင်ရာ တွင်၊ ရှိတော်မူသော ထာဝရဘုရား၏အမှုတော်ကို စောင့်၍ စီရင်ရကြ၏။

and the lord smelled a sweet savour; and the lord said in his heart, i will not again curse the ground any more for man's sake; for the imagination of man's heart is evil from his youth; neither will i again smite any more every thing living, as i have done.
ထာဝရဘုရားသည်လည်း မွှေးကြိုင်သော အနံ့ကို ခံယူ၍၊ ငါသည် နောက်တဖန်လူတို့အတွက် မြေကြီးကို မကျိန်။ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ လူတို့သည် ငယ်သောအရွယ်မှ စ၍၊ စိတ်နှလုံးအကြံအစည်ဆိုးကြ၏။ ငါသည် ယခုတခါ ပြုပြီးသကဲ့သို့၊ အသက်ရှင်သောအရာရှိသမျှတို့ကို နောက်တဖန် ဒဏ်မခတ်။

for who knoweth what is good for man in this life, all the days of his vain life which he spendeth as a shadow? for who can tell a man what shall be after him under the sun?
အရိပ်အကဲသို့ လွန်တတ်သော အနတ္တအသက် ကာလပတ်လုံး၊ လူ၌ကျေးဇူးပြုတတ်သောအရာကို အဘယ်သူသိနိုင်သနည်း။ နေအောက်၌ လူနောက်မှာ ဖြစ်လတံ့သော အမှုအရာတို့ကိုလည်း၊ အဘယ်သူပြော နိုင်သနည်း။

but the lord said unto samuel, look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because i have refused him: for the lord seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the lord looketh on the heart.
ထာဝရဘုရားက၊ သူ၏မျက်နှာ၊ သူ၏အရပ်ကို မကြည့်မရှုနှင့်။ သူ့ကို ငါပယ်ပြီ။ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် လူမြင်သကဲ့သို့ မြင်တော်မူသည် မဟုတ်။ လူသည် အဆင်းသဏ္ဌာန်ကို ကြည့်ရှုတတ်၏။ ထာဝရဘုရား မူကား နှလုံးကို ကြည့်ရှုတတ်သည်ဟု ရှမွေအား မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
