2. kh is a holding company whose main activity is to provide labour reintegration services on the dutch market. after having been a part of the dutch government, with circa 3000 employees, it was incorporated on 1 january 2002. the dutch state is 100% shareholder. kh employs nowadays about 700 people. besides the reintegration activity of the holding, which was performed by the subsidiary kliq reïntegratie (hereinafter ok) with 1450 employees, there was one other main subsidiary called kliq employability (hereinafter ke) with 200 employees. in addition, kh owned equity stakes in six very small subsidiaries and joint-ventures (hereinafter ke and the very small subsidiaries are collectively referred to as os), ranging from 4 to 20 employees, respectively called: kliq experts, brug and instroomprojecten, flexpay bv, simnet bv, kliq match bv and kliq business school. the core activities of the two largest subsidiaries were reintegration and employability services. these are services provided to people who are facing difficulties finding a job, disabled people but also to companies who are facing difficulties in finding the right people for certain jobs.
2. kh je holdingová společnost, jejímž hlavním předmětem podnikáni je poskytování služeb v oblasti opětovného začleňování (reintegrace) pracovních sil na nizozemském trhu práce. dne 1. ledna 2002 byla zapsána do obchodního rejstříku jako státní podnik s přibližně 3000 zaměstnanci. jejím 100% vlastníkem je nizozemský stát. kh dnes zaměstnává asi 700 lidí. vedle reintegrační činnosti, kterou se zabývala dceřiná společnost kliq reintegratie (dále jen "ok") s 1450 zaměstnanci, měl holding ještě jednu velkou dceřinou společnost kliq employability (dále jen "ke") s 200 zaměstnanci. kh kromě toho vlastnila majetkové podíly v šesti velmi malých dceřiných společnostech a společných podnicích se 4 až 20 zaměstnanci (ke a velmi malé dceřiné společnosti dále jen pod společným názvem "os"), a to jmenovitě: kliq experts, brug en instroomprojecten, flexpay bv, simnet bv, kliq match bv a kliq business school. dvě největší dceřinné společnosti se zabývaly hlavně poskytováním služeb v oblasti reintegrace a zaměstnatelnosti pracovních sil. tyto služby jsou poskytovány osobám, které jen s obtížemi hledají práci, zdravotně postiženým lidem, ale i společnostem, jež se potýkají s potížemi při hledání správných lidí na určitá pracovní místa.
