popis zboží v této příloze odpovídá popisu zboží z kombinované nomenklatury (Úř. věst. l 286, 28.10.2005, s. 1), který se v případě potřeby doplní kódem taric.pro účely této přílohy se:a) ‚vysoce jakostními sladkými pomeranči‘ rozumí pomeranče s podobnými druhovými vlastnostmi, které jsou zralé, pevné, dobře tvarované, alespoň dobrého zbarvení, s jemnou hladkou vnitřní dužninou bez hniloby, které nemají nezacelenou poškozenou kůru, které nemají tvrdou nebo suchou kůru, vyrážky, růstové trhliny a otlaky (kromě běžné manipulace nebo balení) a které jsou bez jakéhokoliv poškození zaviněného suchem nebo vlhkostí, bez širokých nebo vystupujících nerovností, bez vrásek a rýh, bez skvrn od ropy nebo oleje, bez šupin, bez spálenin od slunce, bez nečistot nebo jiných cizích látek, bez chorob, hmyzu nebo poškození způsobeného mechanickými nebo jinými účinky, pod podmínkou, že nejvýše 15 % ovoce v dané zásilce neodpovídá těmto specifikacím, přičemž toto procento zahrnuje nejvýše 5 % vad způsobujících vážné poškození a z tohoto procenta představuje nejvýše 0,5 % hnilobu; b) ‚citrusovými hybridy, které jsou známé jako minneolas‘ rozumí citrusové hybridy odrůdy minneola ( citrus paradisi macf.
