and any other assignment as deem fit by the concerned hod compensation, benefits and funds wing oversee payroll, increment, bonuses and terminal benefits of employees process approval of all employee related loans, advances and advance salary analyze and recommend changes to compensation levels and salary structure manage secp employees provident fund, secp employees pension fund, secp employees gratuity fund, vps and secp staff welfare fund in consultation with the trustees of the fund; and facilitate provision of all other benefits approved by the commission for the employees including in-house medical facility any other assignment as deem fit by the concerned hod training and organization development wing plan and execute various activities for capacity building of the secp’s employees; identify training needs and development of annual training plan through training need analysis; conduct assessment of various training institutes and their programs; seek nominations and process applications and documents of local and foreign training programs; coordinate with internal and external entities over development and execution of trainings; gather and keep records of training feedback; and improve employee morale and increase employee retention through various initiatives such as games, events, trainings, gatherings, picnics, etc. any other assignment as deem fit by the concerned hod administration department travel and transport wing ensure timely procurement of vehicles for entitled officers and for pool; be responsible for hassle free vehicle maintenance arrangements for entitled officers of the commission; ensure that all bills received for petrol, hotels and travel agents are processed on timely basis; and make adequate arrangements for travel of officers of the commission provide where possible, designated parking for vehicles; any other assignment as deem fit by the concerned hod general office management and security wing provide offices / work stations for all employees of the commission; provide standardized office furniture for use by employees e.g. tables, chairs, air- conditioners etc. ; ensure a clean and secure office environment; ensure availability of adequate lighting, water, telecommunication, email, fax etc.; ensure availability of stationery for all employees and to ensure that all stationery is procured within the commission’s policies and procedures; ensure availability of adequate photocopying services/facilities ensure that day care facility is appropriately maintained; ensure adequate security arrangements at all offices and residence of entitled officers; any other assignment as deem fit by the concerned hod general procurement, assets and property management wing ensure that general procurements are arranged and processed on timely basis and in compliance with the related procurement rules and regulations acquire assets against approved requisitions manage assets i.e. maintenance of appropriate record and physical verification of all assets of the commission once a year; recommend disposal of un-used or obsolete assets; ensure appropriate insurance cover of all assets of the commission manage all property of the commission including buildings and land; acquiring land and find new buildings on rent;
