marriage he was called me to canada on spouse visa and he got canadian citizenship in the year 2006.thereafter he with conspiracy with his entire family started grabbing money for this and that reason. baljinder sold our 5 acres of farm and house which was jointly in the name of me and baljinder singh. baljinder bought $20 000.00 dollars and gold worth 9,000.00 in canadian money for the wedding of his sister amritpal kaur. we also sent $5 000.00 when amritpal have a baby girl. about 4 years ago, we took a loan on our farm for $40 000.00 canadian money, for a paper marriage of my brother-in-law dharmpal. we also send $20 000.00 as help to build a home in india. most of this money we sent by western union money transfer under the name of my father-in-law and dharmpal. i have proof receipts for the money send. in the year 2014 also he has done tax fraud by showing false income. he has also started showing that he is living alone just to procure ex- party divorce decree. he had filed for divorce in march 19, 2015. in that petition he has mentioned that we are living separate from 31st december 2012, where as we were living together as husband wife and performing all acts as husband and wife at that time and we also visited india due to the heart surgery of my mother-in-law. baljinder singh never showed to me that he has filed any such petition of divorce. finally he obtained the ex-party divorce on 3rd june 2015. he had his friend sukhjinder singh toor who had helped him in his all lies before the court and help him to create fraudulent pap ers. my husband was living with me when he applied divorce and after he got the divorce. after the decree of divorce also he continued his relation as husband with me without informing the fact of divorce. there was never a breakdown in our marriage. i was shocked when i knew about this. i have pictures and videos and witnesses to this effect that baljinder was residing with me during this period. baljinder had sex with me, even though he was aware that he has procured divorce from me and was not my husband. this consent to have sex was given by me because i was in the impression that that he is my legally married husband. in october 2015, my husband came to india with malafide intention and in continuity with conspiracy with his family members regarding the second marriage. in december 2015, i have been informed by a reliable person from the village of my in-laws that my baljinder singh and his family have given a matrimonial in the paper and are looking for two girls. one for my husband and another for my brother-in-law (dewar). on this when we enquired regarding this fact it was found to be true. during this they approved two girls of village thikriwal district barnala. they both had a ring ceremony on jan.18th 2016. then i immediately came to india on 20th jan. 2016 and made a report to jagraon police on jan 21.2016 to look into this matter but the local police though assured us but did not registered any case. thereafter on 22.01.2016 we went to village thikriwal and informed the family of girls that baljinder is already married to me. after this meeting the girls and their family members were convinced and has cancelled the marriage for earlier fixed date i.e 26.01.2016.regarding that earlier fixed date even invitation cards were also circulated to the relatives etc. when this fact came to the knowledge of baljinder singh then he immediately approached me. as he was aware, that i always reside at sirsa at the house of my friend ms rajni khurana. he met me there and tried to stop me to take any action regarding this. when i refused then he promptly stared moving towards other side and tried to convince me emotionally by showing his love and affection. he told me that i am feeling very guilty i want to spend some time with you. then he took me along with him to some village at ludhiana. where he took me to somebody’s house and at that time he accepted his mistake and started crying and also admitted that he has acted on the saying of his family members and assured me that he will get the ex-parte decree of divorce cancelled. at that time i came in his sayings and thought that he might be realising his mistake. as we reached that village in night he told me that we have to stay here. first i refused but due to his emotional crying i agreed to stay there. after this he asked for sexual relation but i refused. i strictly said that first you set aside the ex-parte divorce and then only i can allow you for any kind of sexual activity. on this he got angry started tearing my clothes. i made hue and cry but none came there to rescue me. he behaved just like an animal and forcefully he committed rape upon me. as i was shocked with his inhuman and cruel behaviour. and was unable to understand what to do and where to go. in the early morning he left me at mullanpur dakha. he threatened me that if you have reported this to police then you will have to face daring consequences. he further said that if you will tell this to anybody no person will believe that a husband will do such an act.---------- -----------------------there after i went back to my friend ms rajni khurana. that later on baljinder singh did secret wedding on feb. 7, 2016 with conspiracy with his family members as well as with conspiracy with sarbjit singh,wife of sarbjit singh, daughters of sarbjit singh namely jasvir kaur and lakhvir kaur even knowing the reality of the relations between the parties. moreso both parties have also exchanged rs 5o lac for
