จงกล่าวเถิด(มุฮัมมัด) “พวกท่านเห็นแล้วมิใช่หรือ? หากการลงโทษของพระองค์ประสบแก่พวกท่าน ในเวลากลางคืน หรือเวลากลางวัน ทำไมพวกอาชญากรเหล่านั้นจึงขอร่นเวลา!”

are they who plan ill-deeds then secure that allah will not cause the earth to swallow them, or that the doom will not come on them whence they know not?
บรรดาผู้วางแผนชั่วร้ายทั้งหลายจะปลอดภัยกระนั้นหรือ จากการที่อัลลอฮ์จะทรงให้ธรณีสูบพวกเขา หรือการลงโทษที่จะมาหาพวกเขาโดยที่พวกเขาไม่รู้ตัว

then i shall come on them from before them and from behind them, from their right hands and their left hands; thou wilt not find most of them thankful.'

and the unbelievers will not cease to be in doubt of it, until the hour comes on them suddenly, or there shall come upon them the chastisement of a barren day.

those who expend their riches in the way of allah and thereafter follow not that which they have expended with the laying of an obligation or with hurt, for them shall be their hire with their lord; and no fear shall come on them, nor shall they grieve.
บรรดาผู้บริจาคทรัพย์ของพวกเขาในทางของอัลลอฮ์ แล้วพวกเขามิให้ติดตามสิ่งที่พวกเขาบริจาคไป ซึ่งการลำเลิกและการก่อความเดือด ร้อนใด ๆ นั้น พวกเขาจะได้รับรางวัลของพวกเขา ณ พระผู้เป็นเจ้าของพวกเขา และไม่มีความกลัวใด ๆ แก่พวกเขา และทั้งพวกเขาก็จะไม่เสียใจ

"and follow the best of (the courses) revealed to you from your lord, before the penalty comes on you - of a sudden while ye perceive not!-
