allah abolisheth whatsoever he will and keepeth; and with him is the mother of the book.
(எனினும்,) தான் நாடியதை (அதிலிருந்து) அல்லாஹ் அழித்து விடுவான். (தான் நாடியதை அதில்) நிலைத்திருக்கவும் செய்வான் - அவனிடத்திலேயே உம்முல் கிதாப் (மூலப் பதிவேடும்) இருக்கறது.

chastising whom he will, and having mercy on whomsoever he will, and unto him you shall be turned.
தான் நாடியவரை அவன் வேதனை செய்கிறான்; இன்னும் தான் நாடியவருக்குக் கிருபை செய்கிறான் - (இறுதியில்) அவனிடமே நீங்கள் மீட்டப்படுவீர்கள்.

allah is gracious unto his slaves. he provideth for whom he will. and he is the strong, the mighty.
அல்லாஹ் தன் அடியார்கள் பால் அன்பு மிக்கவனாக இருக்கிறான்; தான் நாடியவர்களுக்கு (வேண்டிய) உணவளிக்கிறான்; அவனே வலிமை மிக்கவன்; (யாவரையும்) மிகைத்தவன்.

but indeed if any show patience and forgive, that would truly be an exercise of courageous will and resolution in the conduct of affairs.
ஆனால், எவரேனும் (பிறர் செய்த தீங்கைப்) பொறுத்துக் கொண்டு மன்னித்து விட்டால், நிச்சயமாக, அது மிக்க உறுதியான (வீரமுள்ள) செயலாகும்.

allah effaceth what he will, and establisheth (what he will), and with him is the source of ordinance.
(எனினும்,) தான் நாடியதை (அதிலிருந்து) அல்லாஹ் அழித்து விடுவான். (தான் நாடியதை அதில்) நிலைத்திருக்கவும் செய்வான் - அவனிடத்திலேயே உம்முல் கிதாப் (மூலப் பதிவேடும்) இருக்கறது.

"but he who desires the hereafter, and strives for it with a will, and is a believer, will be favoured for his endeavour.
இன்னும் எவர் மறுமையை நாடி அதற்காகத் தக்க பிரயாசையுடன், முஃமினாகவும் இருந்து முயல்கின்றாரோ, அ(த்தகைய)வர்களின் முயற்சி (அல்லாஹ்விடத்தில் நற்கூலிக்குரியதாக) ஏற்றுக் கொள்ளப்படும்.

(எனினும்,) தான் நாடியதை (அதிலிருந்து) அல்லாஹ் அழித்து விடுவான். (தான் நாடியதை அதில்) நிலைத்திருக்கவும் செய்வான் - அவனிடத்திலேயே உம்முல் கிதாப் (மூலப் பதிவேடும்) இருக்கறது.

and he will remove the anxiety of their hearts; and allah may accept the repentance of whomever he wills; and allah is all knowing, wise.
அவர்களுடைய இதயங்களிலுள்ள கோபத்தையும் போக்கி விடுவான்; தான் நாடியவரின் தவ்பாவை (மன்னிப்புக் கோருதலை) ஏற்றுக் கொள்கிறான். அல்லாஹ் (எல்லாம்) அறிந்தவனாகவும், (பூரண) ஞானமுடையவனாகவும் இருக்கின்றான்.

and allah's is the sovereignty of the heavens and the earth. he forgiveth whom he will, and punisheth whom he will. and allah is ever forgiving, merciful.
மேலும் வானங்களிடையவும், பூமியினுடையவும் ஆட்சி அல்லாஹ்வுக்கே! தான் விரும்பியவர்களை அவன் மன்னிக்கிறான்; தான் விரும்பியவர்களை அவன் வேதனை செய்கிறான் - அல்லாஹ் மிக்க மன்னிப்பவன், மிக்க கிருபையுடையவன்.

and allah's is the dominion of the heavens and the earth. he forgiveth whomsoever he will and tormenteth whomsoever he will; and allah is ever forgiving, merciful.
மேலும் வானங்களிடையவும், பூமியினுடையவும் ஆட்சி அல்லாஹ்வுக்கே! தான் விரும்பியவர்களை அவன் மன்னிக்கிறான்; தான் விரும்பியவர்களை அவன் வேதனை செய்கிறான் - அல்லாஹ் மிக்க மன்னிப்பவன், மிக்க கிருபையுடையவன்.

allah bestows wisdom on whomever he wills; and whoever receives wisdom has received abundant goodness; but none heed advice except men of understanding.
தான் நாடியவருக்கு அவன் ஞானத்தைக் கொடுக்கின்றான்; (இத்தகு) ஞானம் எவருக்குக் கொடுக்கப்படுகிறதோ, அவர் கணக்கில்லா நன்மைகள் கொடுக்கப்பட்டவராக நிச்சயமாக ஆகி விடுகிறார்; எனினும் நல்லறிவுடையோர் தவிர வேறு யாரும் இதைச் சிந்தித்துப் பார்ப்பதில்லை.
