So when they incurred Our wrath, We exacted retribution from them, and drowned them all,
பின்னர், அவர்கள் நம்மை கோபப்படுத்தியபோது, நாம் அவர்களிடம் பழி தீர்த்தோம்; அன்றியும், அவர்கள் யாவரையும் மூழ்கடித்தோம்.

the path of those whom You have blessed — such as have not incurred Your wrath, nor are astray.

நிச்சயமாக எவர்கள் காளைக் கன்றை (இறைவனாக) ஆக்கிக் கொண்டார்களோ அவர்களை, அவர்கள் இறைவனிடமிருந்து கோபமும், இவ்வுலக வாழ்க்கையில் இழிவும் சீக்கிரமே வந்து சேரும்;. பொய்க் கற்பனை செய்பவர்களுக்கு நாம் இவ்வாறே கூலி கொடுப்போம்.

Those who worshipped the calf incurred the Anger of their Lord and abasement in this life, and as such We recompense the forgers.
நிச்சயமாக எவர்கள் காளைக் கன்றை (இறைவனாக) ஆக்கிக் கொண்டார்களோ அவர்களை, அவர்கள் இறைவனிடமிருந்து கோபமும், இவ்வுலக வாழ்க்கையில் இழிவும் சீக்கிரமே வந்து சேரும்;. பொய்க் கற்பனை செய்பவர்களுக்கு நாம் இவ்வாறே கூலி கொடுப்போம்.

the path of those You have blessed; not of those who have incurred Your wrath, nor of those who have gone astray.
(அது) நீ எவர்களுக்கு அருள் புரிந்தாயோ அவ்வழி, (அது) உன் கோபத்துக்கு ஆளானோர் வழியுமல்ல, நெறி தவறியோர் வழியுமல்ல.

Is a man who has followed the pleasure of God the same as he who has incurred His wrath, whose abode is surely Hell, a dreadful place?
அல்லாஹ்வின் விருப்பத்தைப் பின் பற்றி நடப்போர், அல்லாஹ்வின் கோபத்தைத் தம்மேல் வரவழைத்துக் கொண்டவர் போல் ஆவாரா? (அல்ல - கோபத்தை வரவழைத்துக் கொண்டோருடைய) அவனது இருப்பிடம் நரகமேயாகும்;. அது தங்குமிடங்களில் மிகவும் கெட்டதுமாகும்.

So is one who follows the will of Allah equal to one who has incurred the wrath from Allah and whose home is the fire? And what a wretched place to return!
அல்லாஹ்வின் விருப்பத்தைப் பின் பற்றி நடப்போர், அல்லாஹ்வின் கோபத்தைத் தம்மேல் வரவழைத்துக் கொண்டவர் போல் ஆவாரா? (அல்ல - கோபத்தை வரவழைத்துக் கொண்டோருடைய) அவனது இருப்பிடம் நரகமேயாகும்;. அது தங்குமிடங்களில் மிகவும் கெட்டதுமாகும்.

“O Abraham, refrain from this. The command of your Lord has come; they have incurred an irreversible punishment.”
"இப்றாஹீமே! (அம்மக்கள் மீது கொண்ட இரக்கத்தால் இதைப் பற்றி வாதிடாது) இ(வ்விஷயத்)தை நீர் புறக்கணியும்; ஏனெனில் உம்முடைய இறைவனின் கட்டளை நிச்சயமாக வந்துவிட்டது - மேலும், அவர்களுக்குத் தவிர்க்கமுடியாத வேதனை நிச்சயமாக வரக்கூடியதேயாகும்.

Do you see those who have been guided by a nation that incurred the Wrath of Allah? They belong neither to you, nor to them, and knowingly they swear to lies.
எந்த சமூகத்தார் மீது அல்லாஹ் கோபம் கொண்டானோ, அவர்களுடன் சிநேகிக்கிறவர்களை (நபியே!) நீர் கவனித்தீரா? அவர்கள் உங்களில் உள்ளவர்களும் அல்லர், அவர்களில் உள்ளவர்களும் அல்லர். அவர்கள் அறிந்து கொண்டே (உங்களுடன் இருப்பதாகப்) பொய்ச் சத்தியம் செய்கின்றனர்.

You see many among them allying themselves with those who deny the truth. Evil is that which their souls have sent on ahead for them. They have incurred the wrath of God and shall suffer eternal punishment.
(நபியே!) அவர்களில் அநேகர் காஃபிர்களையே உற்ற நண்பர்களாகக் கொண்டிருப்பதை நீர் காண்பீர். அவர்கள் தமக்காக முற்கூட்டியே அனுப்பிவைத்தது நிச்சயமாக கெட்டதேயாகும். ஏனெனில் அல்லாஹ்வின் கோபம் அவர்கள் மீதுள்ளது. மேலும் வேதனையில் அவர்கள் என்றென்றும் தங்கியிருப்பார்கள்.

for their following that which had incurred God's anger, and their hatred to please God. Thus, God has made their deeds devoid of all virtue.
இது ஏனெனில்; நிச்சயமாக இவர்கள் அல்லஹ்வுக்குக் கோபமூட்டுவதையே பின்பற்றி, அவனுடைய திருப்தியை வெறுத்தமைதான்; ஆகவே அவர்களுடைய செய்கைகளை அவன் பயனில்லாதவையாக ஆக்கி விட்டான்.

Believers! Do not make friends with those who have incurred the wrath of God. Such men are indeed bereft of all hope of a life to come, just as those who deny the truth lying in their graves are bereft of all hopes.
ஈமான் கொண்டவர்களே! அல்லாஹ் எவர்கள் மீது கோபம் கொண்டிருக்கிறானோ, அந்தச் சமூகத்தாருடன் நேசம் சொள்ளாதீர்கள், ஏனெனில் மண்ணறை வாசிகளைப் பற்றி (எழுப்பப்பட மாட்டார்கள் என்று) நிராகரிப்போர் நம்பிக்கை இழந்தது போல், மறுமையைப் பற்றி, நிச்சயமாக இவர்களும் நம்பிக்கை இழந்து விட்டனர்.

Allah will not take you to task for what is unconsidered in your oaths, but He will take you to task for what your hearts have incurred, and Allah is all-forgiving, all-forbearing.
(யோசனையின்றி) நீங்கள் செய்யும் வீணான சத்தியங்களுக்காக அல்லாஹ் உங்களைக் குற்றம் பிடிக்க மாட்டான்;. ஆனால் உங்களுடைய இதயங்கள் (வேண்டுமென்றே) சம்பாதித்துக் கொண்டதைப் பற்றி உங்களைக் குற்றம் பிடிப்பான்;. இன்னும் அல்லாஹ் மன்னிப்போனாகவும்; மிக்க பொறுமையுடையோனுமாகவும் இருக்கின்றான்.

Humiliation will strike them wherever they seek protection, except when they seek protection from God and the people. They have incurred the wrath of God unto themselves and have been struck with destitution for their rejection of the revelations of God and for unjustly murdering the Prophets. It is all because of their transgression and rebellion.
அவர்கள், எங்கிருப்பினும் அவர்கள் மீது இழிவு விதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. அல்லாஹ்விடமிருந்தும், மனிதர்களிடமிருந்தும் அவர்களுக்கு(ப் பாதுகாவலான) ஒப்பந்தமின்றி (அவர்கள் தப்ப முடியாது). அல்லாஹ்வின் கோபத்தில் அவர்கள் சிக்கிக் கொண்டார்கள்;. ஏழ்மையும் அவர்கள் மீது விதிக்கப்பட்டு விட்டது. இது ஏனென்றால், நிச்சயமாக அவர்கள் அல்லாஹ்வின் ஆயத்களை நிராகரித்தார்கள்;. அநியாயமாக நபிமார்களை கொலை செய்தார்கள்;. இன்னும் அவர்கள் பாவம் செய்து கொண்டும் (இறையாணையை) மீறி நடந்து கொண்டும் இருந்தது தான் (காரணமாகும்).

They replied, "Lord, we have done injustice to our souls. If You will not forgive us and have mercy on us, we shall certainly have incurred a great loss."
அதற்கு அவர்கள்; "எங்கள் இறைவனே! எங்களுக்கு நாங்களே தீங்கிழைத்துக் கொண்டோம் - நீ எங்களை மன்னித்துக் கிருபை செய்யாவிட்டால், நிச்சயமாக நாங்கள் நஷ்டமடைந்தவர்களாகி விடுவோம்" என்று கூறினார்கள்.

Those who do not believe in the Day of Judgment have incurred upon themselves a great loss. When the Day of Judgment suddenly comes upon them, they will sink under the burden of their sins in grief for their neglecting that day. Terrible indeed will be their burden!
ஆகவே, (மறுமை நாளில்) அல்லாஹ்வைச் சந்திப்பதைப் பொய் என்று கூறியவர்கள் நிச்சயமாக நஷ்டம் அடைந்தவர்களாகி விட்டனர்; அவர்களிடம் மறுமை நாள் திடீரென வரும்பொழுது உலகில் நாங்கள் அலட்சியமாய் இருந்ததற்காக எங்களுக்கு ஏற்பட்ட கை சேதமே என்று கூறுவார்கள். மேலும் அவர்கள் தங்கள் (பாவச்) சுமைகளை தங்கள் முதுகுகளின் மேல் சுமப்பார்கள்; அவர்கள் சுமப்பது மிகவும் கெட்டது என்பதை அறிந்துக் கொள்ளுங்கள்.

What a mean thing it is with which they delude their minds. They reject the Guidance which Allah has sent down merely because of their grudge why Allah has in His bounty sent it to whom He chose from amongst His servants. They have thus incurred wrath after wrath, and for such disbelievers there is a disgraceful doom.
தன் அடியார்களில் தான் நாடியவர் மீது தன் அருட்கொடையை அல்லாஹ் அருளியதற்காக பொறாமைப்பட்டு, அல்லாஹ் அருளியதையே நிராகரித்து தங்கள் ஆத்மாக்களை விற்று அவர்கள் பெற்றுக் கொண்டது மிகவும் கெட்டதாகும். இதனால் அவர்கள் (இறைவனுடைய) கோபத்திற்கு மேல் கோபத்திற்கு ஆளாகி விட்டார்கள். (இத்தகைய) காஃபிர்களுக்கு இழிவான வேதனை உண்டு.
