the blessed one thought, “all those shortcomings ensue from monks allowing the going forth of invalids.”

ནད་གཡོག་འགྱོད་དང་ལྟ་བ་དང་། །ནན་ཐུར་བཟོད་དང་སྤོ་བ་དང་། །མགུ་དང་དབྱུང་བ་རྣམ་པ་བཅུ།
nursing, regret, view, disciplinary acts, clemency, demotion, probation, and reinstatement.

ངས་ཉན་ཐོས་རྣམས་གཅིག་གིས་གཅིག་བསྡུ་བའི་ཕྱིར་དང་། ནད་པ་རྣམས་ལ་རིམ་གྲོ་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར་མཁན་པོ་དང་སློབ་དཔོན་དག་གནང་བར་བྱའོ་སྙམ་ནས་
