1. ensure camshaft timing mark aligned with centre of oil filler cap hole [4]. 2. ensure crankshaft locking tool located correctly. tool no.3242 [5]. 3. ensure camshaft aligning tools fitted to rear of camshafts. tool no.3458 [7]. 4. ensure locking pin located correctly in injection pump. tool no.3359 [11]. slacken camshaft sprocket bolts [16]. note: do not use camshaft aligning tool to prevent sprocket from turning. 5. 6. align camshaft outer sprocket with bolts in centre of slotted holes. 7. lightly tighten bolts [16]. sprocket should turn freely without tilting. fit injection pump belt. note: observe direction of rotation marks. 8. 9. slacken injection pump belt tensioner pulley nut [12]. use tool no.3078. 10. turn tensioner pulley anti-clockwise [25]. use allen key. check tensioner pointers align [26]. 11. tighten tensioner nut to 37 nm [12]. use tool no.3078
