the research team members will discuss your eligibility to participate in this study. it is important that you are completely truthful with the staff including your health history [if relevant only]. this study will include 30 panels involving healthy male and female students and staff in faculty bioresources and food industry, besut campus, unisza. therefore, before the sensory evaluation session start, panelist will be required to answer health pre-screening form to make sure panelist in a good health condition. panelist must be healthy male and female panels in ranged 20-65 of age, non-vegetarian and not allergy to legumes and gluten.
