እነዚያ የካዱት ( ሰዎች ) ብታስፈራራቸውም ባታስፈራራቸውም በነርሱ ላይ እኩል ነው ፤ አያምኑም ፡ ፡

they said , " whether you preach to us or not ,
( እነርሱም ) አሉ « ብትገስጽም ወይም ከገሳጮቹ ባትኾንም በእኛ ላይ እኩል ነው ፤ ( ያለንበትን አንለቅም ) ፡ ፡

call upon your lord humbly and privately . he does not love the aggressors .
ጌታችሁን ተዋርዳችሁ በድብቅም ለምኑት ፡ ፡ እርሱ ወሰን አላፊዎችን አይወድምና ፡ ፡

call upon your lord with humility and in secret . surely he does not love transgressors .
ጌታችሁን ተዋርዳችሁ በድብቅም ለምኑት ፡ ፡ እርሱ ወሰን አላፊዎችን አይወድምና ፡ ፡

allah effaces usury and nurtures charity . allah does not love any ungrateful sinner .
አላህ አራጣን ( በረከቱን ) ያጠፋል ፡ ፡ ምጽዋቶችንም ያፋፋል ፡ ፡ አላህም ኃጠኢተኛ ከሓዲን ሁሉ አይወድም ፡ ፡

allah knows without doubt what they hide and what they make known . he does not love the proud .
አላህ የሚደብቁትንና የሚገልጹትን ሁሉ የሚያውቅ ለመኾኑ ጥርጣሬ የለበትም ፡ ፡ እርሱ ኩሩዎችን አይወድም ፡ ፡

and do not treat people with arrogance , nor walk proudly on earth . god does not love the arrogant showoffs .
« ጉንጭህንም ( በኩራት ) ከሰዎች አታዙር ፡ ፡ በምድርም ላይ ተንበጥርረህ አትሂድ ፡ ፡ አላህ ተንበጥራሪን ጉረኛን ሁሉ አይወድምና ፡ ፡

allah does not bless usury , and he causes charitable deeds to prosper , and allah does not love any ungrateful sinner .
አላህ አራጣን ( በረከቱን ) ያጠፋል ፡ ፡ ምጽዋቶችንም ያፋፋል ፡ ፡ አላህም ኃጠኢተኛ ከሓዲን ሁሉ አይወድም ፡ ፡

and fight in the cause of god those who fight you , but do not commit aggression ; god does not love the aggressors .
እነዚያንም የሚጋደሉዋችሁን ( ከሓዲዎች ) በአላህ መንገድ ተጋደሉ ፡ ፡ ወሰንንም አትለፉ ፤ አላህ ወሰን አላፊዎን አይወድምና ፡ ፡

ጥያቄዎቹ ሐቀኛ ከሆኑ እነርሱ የኔን ጉዳይ ቢደግፉም ባይደግፉም፤ የኔ ድጋፍ አይለያቸውም፡፡

and do not plead on behalf of those who act unfaithfully to their souls ; surely allah does not love him who is treacherous , sinful ;

and fight in god 's cause against those who wage war against you , but do not commit aggression -- for surely , god does not love aggressors .
እነዚያንም የሚጋደሉዋችሁን ( ከሓዲዎች ) በአላህ መንገድ ተጋደሉ ፡ ፡ ወሰንንም አትለፉ ፤ አላህ ወሰን አላፊዎን አይወድምና ፡ ፡

and whether [ or not ] we take you away [ in death ] , indeed , we will take retribution upon them .
አንተንም ( ቅጣታቸውን ስታይ ) ብንወስድህ እኛ ከእነርሱ ተበቃዮች ነን ፡ ፡

allah does not love the public utterance of hurtful speech unless ( it be ) by one to whom injustice has been done ; and allah is hearing , knowing .
