gurumataji: yeah, that i will not do anything, i will just sit and everything will just go into my mouth naturally and then i will be satisfied.
gurumataji: yeah, que no haré nada, justo me sentaré y todo justo irá a mi boca naturalmente y luego estaré satisfecha.

gurumataji: it’s just as, when i say you have to put the food into your mouth, you can’t just close it.

gurumataji: that is very helpful but if they can just think about, “i am just going to sit and the food will go into my mouth and that’s when i will eat”.
