(அவ்வாறு துதி செய்யும்) மனிதர்களை அல்லாஹ்வை தியானிப்பதை விட்டும், தொழுகையை முறையாக நிறைவேற்றுவதை விட்டும் ஜகாத் கொடுப்பதை விட்டும் அவர்களுடைய வாணிபமோ கொடுக்கல் வாங்கல்களோ பாராமுகமாக்கமாட்டா. இதயங்களும், பார்வைகளும் கலங்கித் தடுமாற்றமடையுமே அந்த (இறுதி) நாளை அவர்கள் அஞ்சுவார்கள்.

and we made them leaders, guiding by our command; and we revealed unto them the doing of good deeds and the establishment of prayer, and the giving of poor-rate; and of us they were the worshippers.
இன்னும் நம் கட்டளையைக் கொண்டு (மக்களுக்கு) நேர்வழி காட்டும் இமாம்களாக - தலைவர்களாக - நாம் அவர்களை ஆக்கினோம்; மேலும், நன்மையுடைய செயல்களைக் புரியுமாறும், தொழுகையைக் கடைப்பிடிக்குமாறும், ஜகாத்தை கொடுத்து வருமாறும், நாம் அவர்களுக்கு வஹீ மூலம் அறிவித்தோம் - அவர்கள் நம்மையே வணங்குபவர்களாக இருந்தனர்.
