(அதற்கு இறைவன்;) "அது உண்மை உண்மையையே நான் கூறுகிறேன் என்று இறைவன் கூறினான்.

said he, ‘the truth is that—and i speak the truth—
(அதற்கு இறைவன்;) "அது உண்மை உண்மையையே நான் கூறுகிறேன் என்று இறைவன் கூறினான்.

(allah) said: "the truth is, and the truth i say,
(அதற்கு இறைவன்;) "அது உண்மை உண்மையையே நான் கூறுகிறேன் என்று இறைவன் கூறினான்.

the truth is from your lord, so do not be a skeptic.
(கிப்லாவைப் பற்றிய) இவ்வுண்மை உம் இறைவனிடமிருந்து வந்ததாகும்;. ஆகவே (அதனைச்) சந்தேகிப்போரில் ஒருவராக நீர் ஆகிவிட வேண்டாம்.

(muhammad, the essence of) the truth is from your lord. never have any doubt about it.
(நபியே! ஈஸாவைப் பற்றி) உம் இறைவனிடமிருந்து வந்ததே உண்மையாகும்;. எனவே (இதைக் குறித்து) ஐயப்படுவோரில் நீரும் ஒருவராகிடாதீர்.

who said love makes life beautiful the truth is love makes life painful
அன்பு வாழ்க்கை அழகானதாக இருப்பதாக கூறுவது உண்மைதான், அன்பு வாழ்க்கை வலிமை மிக்கது என்பது உண்மையே

no indeed; the truth is that they have no fear of the hereafter.
அவ்வாறில்லை: மறுமையைப் பற்றி அவர்கள் பயப்படவில்லை.

say thou: the truth is come, and falsehood shall neither originate nor be restored."

is it ever so that when they make a covenant a party of them set it aside? the truth is, most of them believe not.

இவ்வாறிருந்தும், அவர்கள் அல்லாஹ்வை அன்றி தங்களுக்கு நன்மை செய்யவோ, தீமையை செய்யவோ இயலாதவற்றை வணங்குகின்றனர் நிராகரிப்பவன் தன் இறைவனுக்கு எதிராக (தீய சக்திகளுக்கு) உதவி செய்பவனாகவே இருக்கிறான்.

and whenever our clear revelations are recited to them and the truth is brought to them, those who deny the truth say, "this is plain magic."

"(நீங்கள் கூறுவது போல்) அல்ல (அல்லாஹ்வின்) தூதரும், முஃமின்களும், தங்கள் குடம்பத்தாரிடம் ஒரு போதும் திரும்ப மாட்டார்கள் என்று நீங்கள் நிச்சயமாக எண்ணிக் கொண்டிருந்தீர்கள்; இதுவே உங்கள் இதயங்களில் அழகாக்கப்பட்டது; ஆதலால் நீங்கள் ஒரு கெட்ட எண்ணத்தை எண்ணிக் கொண்டிருந்தீர்கள்; அதனால் நீங்கள் நாசமடையும் சமூகத்தினர்களாகி விட்டீர்கள்."
