اور مجھے اپنا حساب نہ معلوم ہوتا

وہ بیہوش ہو گئی، اور مجھے اس کو گرنے سے بچانے کے لئے پکڑنا پڑا۔

رہا میں، تو میرا رب تو وہی اللہ ہے اور میں اس کے ساتھ کسی کو شریک نہیں کرتا

and the pains of childbirth drove her to the trunk of a date-palm. she said: "would that i had died before this, and had been forgotten and out of sight!"
اس کے بعد دردِ زہ اسے کھجور کے درخت کے تنا کے پاس لے گیا (اور) کہا کاش میں اس سے پہلے مر گئی ہوتی اور بالکل نسیاً منسیاً (بھول بسری) ہوگئی ہوتی۔

and i have come to confirm the truth of whatever there still remains of the torah, and to make lawful to you some of the things which had been forbidden to you. have come to you with a sign from your lord; so have fear of allah and obey me.
اور تصدیق کرتا آیا ہوں اپنے سے پہلے کتاب توریت کی اور اس لئے کہ حلال کروں تمہارے لئے کچھ وہ چیزیں جو تم پر حرام تھیں اور میں تمہارے پاس پاس تمہارے رب کی طرف سے نشانی لایا ہوں، تو اللہ سے ڈرو اور میرا حکم مانو،

and if there betideth you grace from allah, then, as though there had been no tenderness between you and him, he saith: would that i had been with them! then i would have achieved a mighty achievement.
اور اگر الله کی طرف سے تم پر فضل ہو تو اس طرح کہنے لگتا ہے کہ گویا تمہارے اور اس کے درمیان دوستی کا کوئی تعلق ہی نہیں کہ کاش میں بھی ان کے ساتھ ہوتا تو بڑی مراد پاتا

or do they say, "he has forged it"? say: "if i had forged it, on me were my sin! and i am free of the sins of which ye are guilty!
(اے حبیبِ مکرّم!) کیا یہ لوگ کہتے ہیں کہ پیغمبر نے اس (قرآن) کو خود گھڑ لیا ہے، فرما دیجئے: اگر میں نے اسے گھڑ لیا ہے تو میرے جرم (کا وبال) مجھ پر ہوگا اور میں اس سے بری ہوں جو جرم تم کر رہے ہو،

but if a bounty from god visits you, he will surely say, as if there had never been any affection between you and him, 'would that i had been with them, to attain a mighty triumph!'
اور اگر اللہ کی طرف سے تم پر فضل ہو تو کہتا ہے اور اس طرح کہتا ہے کہ گویا تمہارے اور اس کے درمیان محبت کا تو کوئی تعلق تھا ہی نہیں کہ کاش میں بھی ان کے ساتھ ہوتا تو بڑا کام بن جاتا

and the pains of childbirth drove her to the trunk of a palm-tree: she cried (in her anguish): "ah! would that i had died before this! would that i had been a thing forgotten and out of sight!"
اس کے بعد دردِ زہ اسے کھجور کے درخت کے تنا کے پاس لے گیا (اور) کہا کاش میں اس سے پہلے مر گئی ہوتی اور بالکل نسیاً منسیاً (بھول بسری) ہوگئی ہوتی۔
