hi team! i hope everyone is doing well. as we experienced an mismanagement today in the roster. we are taking few steps to improve it in the future. i have also shared, an detailed mail with the sop regarding the weekoff, leaves & shifts. but i can see there is great ignorance on the same. due to which entire team or a concern person need to suffer. that i believe nobody atleast in our team don't want. moreover, there is a observation that rules are getting misused for the personal benefit(s). including swapping shifts / weekoff / coming late / no accountability of assigned task etc. i tried to convey this multiple time that rules are meant for everyone's welfare and benefit but this is just disappointing to see. from, now onwards.. rostering and teammate is completely a directional and everyone including me. it's non compromisable again, the sense behind this is not micromanage but reminding the work directions. we as a organisation work in two paths 1. collaborative decision. 2. directive decision. this particular matter falls under directive which means simply follow it. i hope everyone is clear with this. incase anyone having a problem with this. please reach out to me personally. i'm available to help you my best abilities. tomorrow post 12:30pm only direction will be there. this window will be closed. and no special request(s) will be entertained. expecting the best support from all of you. regards, vinod
