और ख़ुदा ही ने आसमान से पानी बरसाया तो उसके ज़रिए ज़मीन को मुर्दा होने के बाद ज़िन्दा किया क्या कुछ शक नहीं कि इसमें जो लोग बसते हैं उनके वास्ते बहुत बड़ी निशानी है

except for those who stealthily try to listen to the heavens , but who are chased away by a bright flame .
मगर जो शैतान चोरी छिपे कान लगाए तो यहाब का दहकता हुआ योला उसके पीछे पड़ जाता है

he it is that hath made you the night that ye may rest therein , and the day to make things visible . verily in this are signs for those who listen .
वही है जिसने तुम्हारे लिए रात बनाई ताकि तुम उसमें चैन पाओ और दिन को प्रकाशमान बनाया ; निस्संदेह इसमें उन लोगों के लिए निशानियाँ है , जो सुनते है

और उनमें से बाज़ ऐसे हैं कि तुम्हारी ज़बानों की तरफ कान लगाए रहते हैं तो वह तुम्हारी सुन लेगें हरगिज़ नहीं अगरचे वह कुछ समझ भी न सकते हो

have they not travelled in the land to see the nature of the consequence for those who were before them ? allah wiped them out . and for the disbelievers there will be the like thereof .
तो क्या ये लोग रूए ज़मीन पर चले फिरे नहीं तो देखते जो लोग उनसे पहले थे उनका अन्जाम क्या हुआ कि ख़ुदा ने उन पर तबाही डाल दी और इसी तरह काफिरों को भी

and among them are those who listen to you . but can you cause the deaf to hear , although they will not use reason ?
और उनमें से बाज़ ऐसे हैं कि तुम्हारी ज़बानों की तरफ कान लगाए रहते हैं तो वह तुम्हारी सुन लेगें हरगिज़ नहीं अगरचे वह कुछ समझ भी न सकते हो

those who listen to the word and then follow the best it contains , are the ones who have been guided by god , and are men of wisdom .
तो तुम मेरे बन्दों को खुशख़बरी दे दो जो बात को जी लगाकर सुनते हैं और फिर उसमें से अच्छी बात पर अमल करते हैं यही वह लोग हैं जिनकी खुदा ने हिदायत की और यही लोग अक्लमन्द हैं

क्या वे धरती में चले - फिरे नहीं कि देखते कि उन लोगों का कैसा परिणाम हुआ , जो उनसे पहले गुज़र चुके है ? वे शक्ति और धरती में अपने चिन्हों की दृष्टि \ से उनसे कहीं बढ़ - चढ़कर थे , फिर उनके गुनाहों के कारण अल्लाह ने उन्हें पकड़ लिया । और अल्लाह से उन्हें बचानेवाला कोई न हुआ
