and he said, behold now, i am old, i know not the day of my death:
အဘကလည်း၊ ယခုငါအိုလှပြီ။ အဘယ်သော အခါ သေရမည်ကို ငါမသိ။

give ear, o lord, unto my prayer; and attend to the voice of my supplications.
အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ပဌနာစကားကို နားထောင်တော်မူပါ။ အသနားတော်ခံသော စကားသံကို မှတ်တော်မူပါ။ ဘေးရောက်သည် ကာလ၊ ကိုယ်တော်ကို ခေါ်ပါမည်။

for i was my father's son, tender and only beloved in the sight of my mother.
ငါမူကား၊ အဘ၏ရင်နှစ်၊ အမိရှေ့မှာနူးညံ့၍ အချစ်ဆုံးသော သားဖြစ်၏။

my heart panted, fearfulness affrighted me: the night of my pleasure hath he turned into fear unto me.
