and when abraham said: my lord! make safe this territory, and preserve me and my sons from serving idols.
إبراهيم ގެފާނު ވިދާޅުވި ހިނދު، ހަނދުމަކުރާށެވެ! އަޅުގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާކޮ! މި ރަށަކީ، أمان ވެގެންވާ ރަށެއްކަމުގައި ލައްވާނދޭވެ! އަދި އަޅާއާއި، އަޅުގެ ދަރިން ބުދަށް އަޅުކަންކުރުމުން ދުރުކުރައްވާނދޭވެ!

he bequeathed you their land, their houses and their possessions, and a territory you had not trodden, and allah has power over all things.
އަދި އެއުރެންގެ ބިމާއި، އެއުރެންގެ ގެދޮރާއި، އެއުރެންގެ މުދަލާއި، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން އެ ބިމުގައި ފައިތިލަވެސް ޖައްސައިނުލާ ބިމެއް ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް އެކަލާނގެ ލިބިދެއްވިއެވެ. އަދި اللَّه އީ، ކޮންމެ ކަމެއްގެ މައްޗަށް ކުޅަދުންވަންތަ ކަލަކު ކަމުގައި ވެއެވެ.

ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނަށް أمر ކުރައްވާފައިވަނީ، މިރަށުގެ (އެބަހީ: مكة ގެ) ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެއަށް އަޅުކަން ކުރުމަށެވެ. އެކަލާނގެއީ، އެރަށް حرمة ތެރިކުރެއްވި ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ. އަދި ހުރިހާ އެއްޗެއް މިލްކުވެގެންވަނީ އެކަލާނގެއަށެވެ. އަދި ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނަށް أمر ކުރައްވާފައިވަނީ، ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނު مسلم ންގެ ތެރެއިން ވުމަށެވެ.

do they not see that we have made a sacred territory secure, while men are carried off by force from around them? will they still believe in the falsehood and disbelieve in the favour of allah?
ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، أمان ކަން ލިބިގެންވާ حرم ފުޅެއް ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ލެއްވިކަން އެއުރެންނަށް ނޭނގެނީ ހެއްޔެވެ؟ އެއީ އެއުރެންގެ ވަށައިގެން އެކަކު އަނެކަކު މަރައި އަޅުވެތިކޮށް އުޅުނުތަނެވެ. (މިކަން މިހެން އޮތުމާއެކުވެސް) އެއުރެން باطل އަށް إيمان ވެ، اللَّه ގެ نعمة އަށް كافر ވަނީ ހެއްޔެވެ؟

(muhammad), consider when abraham prayed, "lord, make this (mecca) a peaceful territory and save me and my offspring from worshipping idols.
