ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ތިޔަތިބީ ކީއްވެފައި ހެއްޔެވެ؟ ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ތިޔަ حكم ކުރަނީ ކޮންފަދައަކުން ހެއްޔެވެ؟

so we took revenge from them – therefore see what sort of fate befell those who denied!
ފަހެ، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އެއުރެންގެކިބައިން ބަދަލުހިއްޕެވީމެވެ. ފަހެ، ދޮގުކުރާ މީހުންގެ ނިމުންވަނީ ކޮންފަދައަކުންކަން ކަލޭގެފާނު ދެކެވަޑައިގަންނަވާށެވެ!

and they say, ‘what sort of apostle is this who eats food and walks in the marketplaces? why has not an angel been sent down to him so as to be a warner along with him?’
އަދި އެއުރެން ބުނޫއެވެ. މި رسول އާއަށްވީ ކީއްހެއްޔެވެ؟ އެކަލޭގެފާނު ކާތަކެތި ފަރީއްކުޅުއްވަތެވެ. އަދި ބާޒާރުތަކުގައި ހިންގަވައި އުޅުއްވަތެވެ. ފަހެ، އެކަލޭގެފާނުގެ އަރިހުގައި إنذار ކުރައްވައި އުޅުއްވުމަށް، އެކަލޭގެފާނުގެ އަރިހަށް ملائكة އަކު ބާވައިނުލެއްވީ ކީއްވެގެން ހެއްޔެވެ؟

are your faithless better than those? have you [been granted] [some sort of] immunity in the scriptures?
އެއުރެންނަށްވުރެ ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ كافر ން، ހެޔޮކަން ބޮޑީހެއްޔެެވެ؟ ނުވަތަ ބާވައިލެއްވި ފޮތްތަކުގައި عذاب ން މިންޖުވުމެއް، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށްޓަކައި ވަނީހެއްޔެވެ؟

and they say, “what sort of messenger is this, who eats food, and walks in the marketplaces? if only an angel was sent down with him, to be alongside him a warner.”
އަދި އެއުރެން ބުނޫއެވެ. މި رسول އާއަށްވީ ކީއްހެއްޔެވެ؟ އެކަލޭގެފާނު ކާތަކެތި ފަރީއްކުޅުއްވަތެވެ. އަދި ބާޒާރުތަކުގައި ހިންގަވައި އުޅުއްވަތެވެ. ފަހެ، އެކަލޭގެފާނުގެ އަރިހުގައި إنذار ކުރައްވައި އުޅުއްވުމަށް، އެކަލޭގެފާނުގެ އަރިހަށް ملائكة އަކު ބާވައިނުލެއްވީ ކީއްވެގެން ހެއްޔެވެ؟

and they denied them – whereas in their hearts they were certain of them – due to injustice and pride; therefore see what sort of fate befell the mischievous!
އަދި އެ آية ތައް އެއީ، ތެދުކަން އެއުރެންގެ نفس ތަކަށް يقين ވެތިބެ، އަނިޔާވެރިކަމާއި، ބޮޑާވެގަތުމުގެ ގޮތުން، އެ آية ތަކަށް އެއުރެން إنكار ކުރޫއެވެ. ފަހެ، فساد ކުރާމީހުންގެ ނިމުންވަނީ ކިހިނަކުންކަން، ކަލޭގެފާނު ދެކެވަޑައިގަންނަވާށެވެ!

and we rained a shower (of stones) upon them; therefore see what sort of fate befell the culprits!
އަދި ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އެއުރެންގެ މައްޗަށް (ހިލައިގެ) ވާރެެއެއް ވެއްސެވީމެވެ. ފަހެ، ކުށްވެރިންގެ ނިމުންހުރީ ކިހިނަކުންކަން، ކަލޭގެފާނު ދެކެވަޑައިގަންނަވާށެވެ!

so did they not travel in the land in order to see what sort of fate befell those before them? their strength and the signs they left behind in the earth, exceeded them – so allah seized them on account of their sins, and they had no one to save them from allah.
އަދި ބިމުގައި ދަތުރުފަތުރުކޮށް، އެއުރެންގެ ކުރިން އުޅުނުމީހުންގެ ނިމުންވީ، ކޮންފަދައަކުންކަން ފަހެ، އެއުރެން ނުބަލަނީހެއްޔެވެ؟ އެއުރެންނަށްވުރެ ބާރުގަދަ، އަދި ބިމުގައި އެއުރެންގެ އަސަރުތައް ވަރުގަދަ ބަޔަކު ކަމުގައި އެއުރެން (އެބަހީ: ކުރިން އުޅުނު މީހުން) ވޫއެވެ. ފަހެ، އެއުރެންގެ ފާފަތަކުގެ ސަބަބުން، اللَّه، އެއުރެން ހަލާކުކުރެއްވިއެވެ. އަދި اللَّه ގެ عذاب ން ރައްކާތެރިކޮށްދޭނޭ އެކަކުވެސް، އެއުރެންނަކަށް ނުވެއެވެ.

ah! these are the sort of men on whose behalf ye may contend in this world; but who will contend with allah on their behalf on the day of judgment, or who will carry their affairs through?
ދުނިޔޭގެ حياة ގައި އެއުރެންގެ ފަރާތުން، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ތިޔަ ޖަދަލު ކުރީއެވެ. قيامة ދުވަހުން އެއުރެންގެ ފަރާތުން اللَّه އާ جدل ކުރާނީ ފަހެ ކާކުހެއްޔެވެ؟ ނުވަތަ، އެއުރެންގެ ކަންތަކާ حوال ވެ دفاع ކުރާނޭ وكيل އަކަށްވާނީ ފަހެ ކާކުހެއްޔެވެ؟

the expiation thereof is the feeding of ten of the needy with the middle sort of that wherewith ye feed your households, or the clothing of them or the freeing of a neck; but whosoever cannot find, far him is a fasting of three days. that is the expiation of your oaths when ye have sworn and bear in mind your oaths.
قصد އަކާނުލައި، ބުނާ ބަސްތަކަކުން، اللَّه، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް عقوبات އެއް ނުދެއްވާނެތެވެ. (އެބަހީ: އާދައިގައި ވާހަކަދައްކާ އުޅޭއިރު، ހުވާކުރުމުގެ قصد އެއްނެތި، ހުވާގެ ގޮތުގައި ބުނެވޭ ބަހެއް ބޭނުންކުރުމަކީ ކުށެއް ނޫނެވެ.) އެހެނެއްކަމަކު، قصد ކޮށްގެންކުރާ ހުވާތަކާމެދު، އެކަލާނގެ ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ޖަޒާ ދެއްވާނެތެވެ. ފަހެ، ހުވާގެ كفّارة އަކީ، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ އަނބިދަރިންނަށް ކާންދީ އުޅޭ މެދުމިނުން، ދިހަ مسكين ންނަށް ކާންދިނުމެވެ. ނުވަތަ އެއުރެންނަށް އަންނައުނު ދިނުމެވެ. ނުވަތަ އަޅަކު މިނިވަންކުރުމެވެ. ފަހެ، (އެއިންކަމެއް ކުރަން) ނުލިބުނުމީހާ، ތިންދުވަހު ރޯދަޔަށް ހުރުމެވެ. އެއީ ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ހުވާކޮށްފި ހިނދެއްގައި (އެބަހީ: ހުވާކޮށް، އެ ހުވަޔާ خلاف ވެއްޖެ ހިނދެއްގައި) ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ހުވާގެ كفّارة އެވެ. އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ހުވާތަކަށް ރައްކާތެރިވާށެވެ! ތިޔަބައިމީހުން شكر ކުރުމަށްޓަކައި، اللَّه، އެކަލާނގެ آية ތައް ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް އެފަދައިން بيان ކޮށްދެއްވަތެވެ.

and all the noble messengers we sent before you, were exclusively men – towards whom we sent the divine revelations, and were dwellers of townships; so have not these people travelled in the land and seen what sort of fate befell those before them? and undoubtedly the abode of the hereafter is better for the pious; so do you not have sense?
އަދި ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ކުރިންވެސް، ރަށްތަކުގެ أهل ވެރިންގެ ތެރެއިން އެބަޔަކަށް ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ وحى އިއްވަވައި، رسول ކަމާއިގެން ފިރިހެނުން މެނުވީ ނުފޮނުއްވަމެވެ. ފަހެ، ބިމުގައި ދަތުރުފަތުރުކޮށް އެއުރެންގެ ކުރިން އުޅުނު މީހުންގެ ނިމުންވީ ކޮންފަދައަކުންކަން، އެއުރެން ނުބަލަނީ ހެއްޔެވެ؟ އަދި ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، تقوى ވެރިވި މީހުންނަށް، آخرة ގެ ގޮވަތި، ހެޔޮކަން ބޮޑެވެ. ފަހެ، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަކަށް ނުވިސްނޭހެއްޔެވެ؟
