3 people who inspire me There are always people in our lives that can be the heroes in many ways, but my life’s hero will always be my mom. She influences my life since I was born until now and also sacrifices a lot in her lifetime to make my life and my sibling’s lives better. She loves us unconditionally, I have become the person I am today because of her. I adore her very much, not just because she is my mom, also because she is such an amazing person with a gold heart, my best friend for life, an advisor, a kind, respectful and strong person. I am not her only child, I have two younger brothers and a little sister but I am my mom’s favorite child. My mom taught me how to be kind and loving but not to allow others to take my kindness for weakness Secondly Nelson Mandela. Mr. Mandela evolved from a freedom fighter to a political leader, a unifier, and later to an elderly statesman and father figure of almost unmatched stature and greatness. Mandela has become a yardstick for many leaders with his warm, humble, charismatic, humorous, down-to-earth style. Never afraid of admitting his shortfalls and areas of weaknesses. He would be able to do it even with a flashy, honest, and respectful smile. Something most leaders usually would not dare to do. And lastly is Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) he is the last messenger of God. He is the best of creation, he is a role model on how to be of exemplary character he teaches me kindness, compassion, mercy, gratitude, thankfulness, abundance, courage, fearlessness, and self-reflection those are the three people that inspire me

Yolo You only live once, but if you don't right.. once is enough.life is like a coin, you spend it at anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.life is a dream for the wise,a game for the fool,a comedy for the rich and a tragedy for the poor .. whether you choose to move on and take a chance for the unknown or stay locked in the past thinking about what could've been. So open eyes, look within. Are you satisfied with the life you're living. I mean, for instant in order to truly understand the meaning of life, you should first start by thinking about how to live the moment. Life is too short, so make the best of what you can. Acceptance is the key of life, accept what you are able to do and what you are not able to do, accept the past as past , without denying or discarding it.learn to forgive yourself and to forgive others , don't assume it's too late to get involved. You'll never be brave if you don't get hurt, you'll never learn,if you don't make mistakes and you'll never be successful,if you don't encounter failure. Life is a journey, not a destination Life is not described by one or two things, it's actually a mixture of everything. The mixture of happiness and sadness, love and hatred, opportunities and frustrations, success and failure, struggles and giving up. So be yourself, Don't change for the sake of others.if you're trying to show off for the people at the top, forget it! They'll look down at you If you're trying to show off for the people at the bottom, forget! They'll eny you.status will get you nowhere, its only an open heart that will allow you to float along everyone. Do the kinds of things that comes from the heart, and when you do,you won't be dissatisfied, you won't be envious, you won't be longing for someone's things but you'll be overwhelmed by what comes back. So remember, life ain't about finding yourself, it's about creating yourself

some people may like to be stereotyped as they want their looks and how they dress to come across clearly to other people, therefore they instantly want them to judge them ,how to act towards them and what people's reactions are towards them . e.g ' chavs' may want to show doniance and want to gain their self respect by showing this. this may be influenced by how they dress or even how they walk, which is what they like.

아프리칸스어

Most teenagers today, can't seem to imagine life without modern technology. Modern technology, has revamped the way of life for almost everyone. Teenagers today, use most of it for communication. The way teens communicate today, is completely different than the way teenagers ten to twenty year ago communicated. Decades ago, no teenager was consumed in updating their Facebook status or texting their friends every two minutes. These are just some of the things that didn't seem possible then, due to the fact technology had not advanced that far then. Teenagers are constantly consumed in new technology. Many teens don't spend that much time talking on the phone, even though cell phones give them the opportunity. Recent studies have shown that about fifty percent of teenagers own a cell phone, but many only spend about 21 minutes per day actually engaging themselves within a conversation on the phone. A one worded text message or simple Facebook post seems to be much easier. Type a few words into a message, and add hundreds of friends and it makes up for the long and possibly dreaded phone conversation. It also eliminates the hassle of meeting one another in person. These options may be the most popular, and most efficient to teenagers these days, but is it the best? Through the years, it seems as if hanging out in person with someone has grown to be too much work. Person to person contact is quickly diminishing. A ton of teens have hundreds to thousands of friends of Facebook. Sure, they may know all those people. Does that mean they are all friends? How many people actually set aside time to spend with all of their cyber “friends.” Acquaintances, seems to be a better fitting title. Although, with the constant rise and emergence of new tools for teenagers, parents have almost become used to the fact that their kids do not physically hang out with their friends. Either some have jumped on the bandwagon, or they just let their teenagers be teenagers. There are parents that are totally against this modern tech savvy society. Sources have reported that “a quarter of parents” of tech savvy teens have also, “went the same technology route.” Parents with smartphones, and members of social networking websites, most likely, will distance themselves from physical communication as well. Could it be that, parents will soon prefer texting their kids instead of face to face communication? In today's world, it seems almost a necessity to be connected through technology. It's just the way the world works now. It may be taking it a bit too far if parents are no longer fond of personal contact with their own kids. If that is true, it has been taken too far. TV could be the use of technology. It's definitely more advanced than ten years ago. It is an activity you can do with friends or family in one room, at one time. You can communicate as a family and still watch tv. Watching a tv show can be stimulating to some degree and adding in the aspect of watching television with family members, would bring you closer together. Teenagers are not incapable of playing sports outdoors with their friends. Unfortunately, teens have grown increasingly lazy. Sports keep a person active and allow them to interact with a group of people without having your head in your phone. People used to do it all the time, even ten years ago. Not many teenagers were how to communicate with people, without actually seeing their face. People were not nearly as lazy, because they went outside and made use of their time socially. It is clear and has been for quite some time now that technology has transformed us. How far could it take our population? Students will continue to let technology take them over, and have their parents follow, if we don't try and get out of the house once and awhile. It would be really different to see what it would be like as a society to disregard those “much needed” electronics for awhile. Would it be possible?

cor1. Rest and Sleep Scientists have done a lot of research on rest and sleep, but we still don’t really know why we need to sleep. But we do, however, know that regular periods of rest and sleep are vital to our personal well-being. Being deprived of sleep is dangerous: it limits our ability to do things like drive, and can also make us ill. But what is important is to be aware of your personal sleep patterns, and ensure that you get enough sleep on a regular basis to function effectively. You also need to make sleeping a priority therefore it is important to make a commitment to get enough sleep at night. If you haven't gotten adequate sleep, you may be less productive, less mentally sharp, and otherwise more prone to the effects of stress. Carve out a full eight hours, avoid caffeine after 2pm, and adopt a calming technique such as meditation, and let your body restore itself each night. You may be surprised by how much less stressed you feel when you're not tired, if this is an issue for you right now. rect grammar on translations
