it has been adapted to gujarati taste. the version served at jasuben's uses mainda flour, a thin crisp indian bread as base and is laced with sweet tomato puree, finely chopped onions and capsicum, covered with abundant amounts of local cheese and seasoned with black pepper. the oven used at their different branches was also designed and customized by andarben and manufactured locally so that pizzas could be stacked on top of each other.[5] the pizzeria sells 20,000 pizzas daily with each piece priced at ₹70 (us$1.00).[1]
