(b) i) ii) şi (c) din directiva 88/388/cee. folosirea substanţelor sintetice ca cele definite la art. 1 alin. (2) lit. (b) iii) din directiva menţionată mai sus poate fi autorizată în anumite cazuri şi în anumite condiţii conform procedurii prevăzute la art. 14
