die ausschaffungshaft ist insgesamt auf neun monate limitiert. sie besteht aus der "vorbereitungshaft" und der eigentlichen "ausschaffungshaft".

in ausschaffungshaft werden sie genommen, wenn der entscheid zur ausschaffung bereits gefallen ist. sie kann bis auf maximal neun monate verlängert werden. dazwischen gibt es immer wieder termine vor dem haftrichter (haftüberprüfungstermine).
