auf dieser strecke wird progressiv immer tiefer je näher wir der staumauer von ribarroja kommen. auf der letzten teilstrecke haben die ufer eine ganz eigene beschaffenheit. dort sind stufenförmige plateaus die unterschiede von vielen metern haben. wir können 9 m vom ufer entfernt eine tiefe von 5 m haben und ein bisschen weiter können es sofort 15 m sein ohne dass wir über 30 m weit vom ufer geworfen haben. in der ortschaft mequinenza gibt es zwei zuflüsse: den segre und den cinca. auf dieser teilstrecke gibt es nur geringe tiefen und diese bleiben konstant.
