the following shall be accepted as returned goods:

tagasitoodud kaup on sama kaup, mis on eksporditud,
the goods returned are the same goods as those exported, and

tagasitoodud kaup on sama kaup, mis on eksporditud;
the returning goods are the same as those exported;

tagasitoodud kaubad on samad kaubad, mis eksporditi
the returning goods are the same as those exported;

tagasitoodud tooted on samad, mis on eksporditud, ja
the products returned are the same as those which were exported, and

tagasitoodud kaubad on samad kaubad, mis eksporditi ning
the returning goods are the same as those exported; and

a) tagasitoodud kaup on sama kaup, mis on eksporditud; ja
(a) the returning goods are the same as those which were exported; and

erandina seadustiku artiklist 186 vabastatakse tagasitoodud kaup imporditollimaksudest järgmistes olukordades:
