kaedah ini memberi peluang kepada murid untuk cuba menyelesaikannya dan boleh bersama sama dengan guru untuk membincangkan penyelesaian murid. di samping itu terdapat juga elemen komunikasi dua hala berlaku iaitu perbincangan antara guru dan murid. pembelajaran secara perbincangan adalah lebih berkesan berbanding pembelajaran kendiri. pada akhir pdpr juga, cikgu emilia telah membuat perkaitan tentang topik pembelajaran dengan kehidupan harian murid murid.
