فرعون ބުންޏެވެ. ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ތިމަން إذن ނުދެނީސް، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން އެކަލޭގެފާނަށް إيمان ވީހެއްޔެވެ؟ ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، މިއީ ރަށުގެ أهل ވެރިން ރަށުން ނެރެލުމަށްޓަކައި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ރަށުތެރޭގައި ރޭވި ރޭވުމެއްކަން ކަށަވަރެވެ. ނިކަންހުރެ ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް އެނގޭނެއެވެ.

for, if you do not do so, then know that you are at war with god and his messenger. but if you repent, you may retain your capital.
ފަހެ، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން (ނަށް أمر ވެވިގެންވާ ގޮތަށް) عمل ނުކޮށްފިނަމަ، اللَّه އާއި، އެކަލާނގެ رسول އާގެ حضرة ން ހަނގުރާމައެއް އަތުވެދާނެކަމަށް ތިޔަބައިމީހުން يقين ކޮށް ދެނެގަންނަ ހުށިކަމެވެ! ތިޔަބައިމީހުން (رِبا ދޫކޮށް) އެނބުރި رجوع ވެ توبة ވެއްޖެނަމަ ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ رأس المال ތައް، ފަހެ، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ހުށްޓެވެ. (އިތުރުކޮށްގެން) ތިޔަބައިމީހުން އަނިޔާވެރި ނުވާ ގޮތުގައެވެ. އަދި، (އުނިވުމުން) ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށްވެސް އަނިޔާ ނުލިބޭ ގޮތުގައެވެ.

your lord would never destroy a people until he had sent messengers to their capital cities, reciting to them our revelations. nor did we destroy a town unless their people became wrongdoers.
އަދި ރަށްތަކުގެ ތެރެއިން މައިރަށަށް، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ آية ތައް ކިޔަވައި ވިދާޅުވެ ދެއްވާނޭ رسول އަކު ފޮނުއްވައިފުމަށް ދާނދެން ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ އެރަށްތައް ހަލާކުކޮށެއް ނުލައްވަތެވެ. އެތަންތާނގެ أهل ވެރިން އަނިޔާވެރިވާ حال ގައި މެނުވީ، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އެރަށްތައް ހަލާކެއް ނުކުރައްވަމެވެ.

if you do not, then take notice of a war by god and his messenger. but if you repent, you may keep your capital, neither wronging, nor being wronged.
ފަހެ، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން (ނަށް أمر ވެވިގެންވާ ގޮތަށް) عمل ނުކޮށްފިނަމަ، اللَّه އާއި، އެކަލާނގެ رسول އާގެ حضرة ން ހަނގުރާމައެއް އަތުވެދާނެކަމަށް ތިޔަބައިމީހުން يقين ކޮށް ދެނެގަންނަ ހުށިކަމެވެ! ތިޔަބައިމީހުން (رِبا ދޫކޮށް) އެނބުރި رجوع ވެ توبة ވެއްޖެނަމަ ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ رأس المال ތައް، ފަހެ، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ހުށްޓެވެ. (އިތުރުކޮށްގެން) ތިޔަބައިމީހުން އަނިޔާވެރި ނުވާ ގޮތުގައެވެ. އަދި، (އުނިވުމުން) ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށްވެސް އަނިޔާ ނުލިބޭ ގޮތުގައެވެ.

if you will not give up the unlawful interest which you demand, know that you are in the state of war with god and his messenger. but if you repent, you will have your capital without being wronged or having done wrong to others.
ފަހެ، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން (ނަށް أمر ވެވިގެންވާ ގޮތަށް) عمل ނުކޮށްފިނަމަ، اللَّه އާއި، އެކަލާނގެ رسول އާގެ حضرة ން ހަނގުރާމައެއް އަތުވެދާނެކަމަށް ތިޔަބައިމީހުން يقين ކޮށް ދެނެގަންނަ ހުށިކަމެވެ! ތިޔަބައިމީހުން (رِبا ދޫކޮށް) އެނބުރި رجوع ވެ توبة ވެއްޖެނަމަ ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ رأس المال ތައް، ފަހެ، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ހުށްޓެވެ. (އިތުރުކޮށްގެން) ތިޔަބައިމީހުން އަނިޔާވެރި ނުވާ ގޮތުގައެވެ. އަދި، (އުނިވުމުން) ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށްވެސް އަނިޔާ ނުލިބޭ ގޮތުގައެވެ.

but if ye will do it not, then be apprised of war from allah and his apostle. and if ye repent, then yours shall be your capital sums; ye shall neither wrong nor be wronged.
ފަހެ، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން (ނަށް أمر ވެވިގެންވާ ގޮތަށް) عمل ނުކޮށްފިނަމަ، اللَّه އާއި، އެކަލާނގެ رسول އާގެ حضرة ން ހަނގުރާމައެއް އަތުވެދާނެކަމަށް ތިޔަބައިމީހުން يقين ކޮށް ދެނެގަންނަ ހުށިކަމެވެ! ތިޔަބައިމީހުން (رِبا ދޫކޮށް) އެނބުރި رجوع ވެ توبة ވެއްޖެނަމަ ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ رأس المال ތައް، ފަހެ، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ހުށްޓެވެ. (އިތުރުކޮށްގެން) ތިޔަބައިމީހުން އަނިޔާވެރި ނުވާ ގޮތުގައެވެ. އަދި، (އުނިވުމުން) ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށްވެސް އަނިޔާ ނުލިބޭ ގޮތުގައެވެ.

if ye do it not, take notice of war from allah and his messenger: but if ye turn back, ye shall have your capital sums: deal not unjustly, and ye shall not be dealt with unjustly.
ފަހެ، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން (ނަށް أمر ވެވިގެންވާ ގޮތަށް) عمل ނުކޮށްފިނަމަ، اللَّه އާއި، އެކަލާނގެ رسول އާގެ حضرة ން ހަނގުރާމައެއް އަތުވެދާނެކަމަށް ތިޔަބައިމީހުން يقين ކޮށް ދެނެގަންނަ ހުށިކަމެވެ! ތިޔަބައިމީހުން (رِبا ދޫކޮށް) އެނބުރި رجوع ވެ توبة ވެއްޖެނަމަ ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ رأس المال ތައް، ފަހެ، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ހުށްޓެވެ. (އިތުރުކޮށްގެން) ތިޔަބައިމީހުން އަނިޔާވެރި ނުވާ ގޮތުގައެވެ. އަދި، (އުނިވުމުން) ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށްވެސް އަނިޔާ ނުލިބޭ ގޮތުގައެވެ.

and if you do not do it, then take a notice of war from allah and his messenger but if you repent, you shall have your capital sums. deal not unjustly (by asking more than your capital sums), and you shall not be dealt with unjustly (by receiving less than your capital sums).
