thine heart shall meditate terror. where is the scribe? where is the receiver? where is he that counted the towers?
သင်သည် ကြောက်လန့်ဘွယ်သော အခြင်းအ ရာကို အောက်မေ့သောအခါ၊ စာရင်းယူသောသူသည် အဘယ်မှာ ရှိသနည်း။ အခွန်ခံသောသူသည် အဘယ်မှာ ရှိသနည်း။ ပြအိုးတို့ကို ရေတွက်သောသူသည် အဘယ်မှာ ရှိသနည်း။

and saying, where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.

ရေကို ဝတ်လုံနှင့် ရိုက်လျက်၊ ဧလိယ ကိုးကွယ် သော ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရားသည် အဘယ်မှာ ရှိတော်မူသနည်းဟူ၍ တဖန် ရိုက်သောအခါ၊ ရေသည် တဘက်တချက်ကွဲသဖြင့် ဧလိရှဲသည် ကူးသွား၏။

where is the dwelling of the lions, and the feedingplace of the young lions, where the lion, even the old lion, walked, and the lion's whelp, and none made them afraid?
ခြင်္သေ့နေရာအရပ်၊ ခြင်္သေ့ပျို စားရာအရပ်၊ ခြင်္သေ့၊ ခြင်္သေ့မ၊ ခြင်္သေ့ကလေးတို့သည် အဘယ်သူမျှ မကြောက်စေဘဲ၊ ကျင်လည်ရာအရပ်သည် အဘယ်မှာ ရှိသနည်း။

thus saith the lord, stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. but they said, we will not walk therein.
ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်တော်မူသည်ကား၊ လမ်းနား မှာရပ်၍ ကြည့်ရှုကြလော့။ ရှေးလမ်းဟောင်းတို့ကို ရှာဖွေ လျက်၊ ကောင်းသောလမ်းသည် အဘယ်မှာရှိသနည်းဟု မေးမြန်း၍၊ ထိုလမ်းသို့လိုက်ကြလော့။ သို့ပြုလျှင်၊ စိတ် နှလုံး သက်သာကြလိမ့်မည်။ သို့ရာတွင်၊ ငါတို့သည် မလိုက်ဟု ပြန်ပြောကြ၏။

after that thou shalt come to the hill of god, where is the garrison of the philistines: and it shall come to pass, when thou art come thither to the city, that thou shalt meet a company of prophets coming down from the high place with a psaltery, and a tabret, and a pipe, and a harp, before them; and they shall prophesy:
ထိုနောက်မှ ဖိလိတ္တိတပ်ရှိရာ ဘုရားသခင်၏ တောင်သို့ ရောက်၍ မြို့သို့ ချဉ်းကပ်သောအခါ၊ ပရောဖက် အပေါင်းအသင်းသည် တယော၊ ပတ်သာ၊ ပုလွေ၊ စောင်းပါလျက် ပရောဖက်ပြုလျက်၊ မြင့်သောအရပ်မှ ဆင်းလာကြသည်ကို တွေ့လိမ့်မည်။
