four years ago, one of my goals was transforming my day-job responsibility from software engineering to management, and improve myself in this new position。 two years ago, i was promoted to manager of a software engineering team。 since then i have pushed myself to the limit by learning different aspects of management。 some examples are: i went back to university and studied at night; regularly read books and materials; and founded lifehack。org to share my resources and consolidate my ideas。 all of them went well and the results helps my job everyday。 another achievement is definitely the progress at lifehack。org。
hace cuatro años, uno de mis objetivos era la transformación de mi día de trabajo la responsabilidad de ingeniería de software de gestión, y mejorar mi posición en este nuevo. hace dos años, fue promovido a gerente de un equipo de ingeniería de software. desde entonces he empujado hasta el límite por medio del aprendizaje de diferentes aspectos de la gestión. algunos ejemplos son: volví a la universidad y estudió en la noche; regularmente leer libros y materiales, y fundó lifehack.org compartir mis recursos y consolidar mis ideas. todos ellos ha ido bien y los resultados ayuda a mi trabajo diario.
