تختص لجنة قيد شركات الوساطة بوضع الاجراءات التنفيذية للقواعد المرافقة وذلك في موعد غايته ../../2004 .

مادة (15) تلتزم الشركة العضو بمتطلبات المراجعة والتدقيق لحسابات العملاء وفقا لما يرد في الاجراءات التنفيذية لهذه القواعد.
article (15) the member company must comply with the auditing requirements of the clients accounts according to the executive procedures of the rules herein stated.

تلتزم الشركة العضو بأن ترسل للعميل ما يفيد تنفيذ كل عملية تجريها لصالحه في مدة لا تتعدى يوم العمل التالي على ان تتضمن البيانات التي ترد في الاجراءات التنفيذية لهذه القواعد.
the member company shall send to the client what proves of executing each transaction made for the latter´s benefit not later than the following working day, provided that the data mentioned in the executive procedures of the present rules be included.

مادة (29) على الشركة العضو الالتزام في كل وقت بالمعايير الفنية التي يضعها السوق والاجراءات التنفيذية لهذه القواعد فيما يتعلق بـما يلي:
article (29) the member company must at all times comply with the technical standards set by the market and the executive procedures of the present rules concerning the following:

تحديد الإجراءات التى تتبعها لمعرفة هوية عملائها وأوضاعهم القانونية والوسائل المتبعة للتأكد من صحة بياناتهم وذلك تطبيقاً لمبدأ "إعرف عميلك" وفقا لما يرد في الاجراءات التنفيذية لهذه القواعد.
determining the procedures followed in recognizing the clients´ identity and their legal status and the ways followed to verify their data in implementation of "know your client" principle and in accordance with the executive provisions hereof.

مادة (16) تلتزم الشركة العضو بتصميم نماذج موحدة لفتح الحساب بالشركة لدى كافة الفروع واخرى خاصة بالتعرف على العميل وفقا لما يرد في الاجراءات التنفيذية لهذه القواعد على ان تعرض تلك النماذج على مجلس ادارة السوق لاعتمادها قبل استخدامها.
article (16) the member company must design unified forms for opening a company account at all branches and other forms for client recognition according to the executive procedures of the rules herein stipulated, provided such forms are submitted to market´s board for approval before use.
