وعندما تكون هناك امرأة وحيدة أو أرملة في أسرة معيشية، ولا تعمل أيضا، سواء كان هذا مسجلا أم لا، وتقوم بمفردها بدوام جزئي وبانتظام برعاية قريب يعاني من إعاقة عقلية شديدة أو برعاية قريب معاق إعاقة شديدة أو قريب تعدى الـ 60 عاما من العمر وغير قادر على رعاية نفسه، يكون لها الحق في الحصول على مساعدة اجتماعية.
